The location and views are excellent, but the unit needs a deep cleaning. We removed our shoes upon arrival, but our socks were filthy within an hour. The air vents had heavy dust buildup, and we found dust bunnies near the nightstands. Closets and drawers contained random, haphazardly stored items. The kitchen was poorly stocked, making it difficult to prepare meals. Additionally, beach towels and beach gear are not provided, which is disappointing for a beach rental.This is a second-floor unit, and the noise from the upstairs residents was a significant issue. On the first night, children were running, jumping and stomping until 1:00 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. We reported this to management, and while things improved slightly, noise continued daily, usually until 10:30–11:00 p.m. The constant noise made it hard to relax, and we found ourselves avoiding being at the condo. We stayed for seven days, and unfortunately, the noise remained a major issue throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, especially for younger adults as it is within walking distance of everything you need. Access to beach was awesome. Having the grill right there on the beach was a bonus! The property is updated nicely. We love staying in retrofitted older properties. The property managers were exceptional!!

Great location

The property is right across from beach and close to restaurants and shops. You can walk everywhere. The unit should be updated though. The king size bed was warped/broken on one side.

Our stay was great. The location provided easy access to the beach, a number of walkable restaurants. The staff on site was wonderfully nice and the interior was clean, looking just like the advertised photos. We would definitely look to stay here again

Right on the beach

I grew up in this area and parked in this lot a ton as I grew up. Coming back for a visit was the first time in these buildings. The facility is older, likely built in the 40's or 50's. It is clean, but has smaller rooms consistent with the time. The master bed is very firm - be prepared for that. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds which seem to be very comfortable. The size and arrangement is better suited to a family with younger children. We were with a teen and college student. The space was a little tight for adults. The staff on site is very professional and accommodating. Be sure you follow the parking directions since this lot is also the lot for the public beach. It's safe and people are respectful for the most part, but it is very busy on the weekends. I would stay here again under different circumstances and do recommend the site.

Great location!

It was very quiet area and a nice condo and the AC worked great! However the comforter on the King Bed had stains on it and should be replaced in my opinion and the cushions on the kitchen chairs could be recovered or replaced as well. It was great being so close to the beach and bars🏖

Excellent location

We really liked the location of this property. It was a short walk across the parking lot to the beach! The view from the living room window was really nice as we could see the gulf and see people on the beach. Also, there were plenty of places to eat and shop within a couple minutes.

Great location!

Loved the location on a quiet part of St. Pete Beach with easy beach access. Property was very clean and well kept. The only drawback was the mattress - it was so, so hard. The two twin mattresses seemed just as rock hard.

Girls getaway

My sister, daughter and myself stayed a the Gulf Winds Resort. Great condo, beds were great! Kitchen was beautiful. Loved the shower. The pool was nice and the beach was so close.

Perfect Getaway

The perfect spot for a long weekend on St. Pete beach! So close to the beach and the condo has all of the beach necessities. Spacious and clean, making us feel at home. The location is one of the best parts, walking distance to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Great location. Terrible beds.

This is a great location. It’s safe and convenient. Unfortunately, the beds are terrible. There are no mattress pads and the mattress covers are dirty. The king bed has a giant bump in the middle and it’s very uncomfortable. The twin beds have old, dirty comforters on them. I found hair in the sheets and had to request new sheets. There is no soap, shampoo, conditioner or basic toiletries provided. The property management company is very nice. The cleaning of this apartment leaves something to be desired. We had a dirty coffee pot upon arrival. If this owner spent $1500 on new bedding, and invested in cleaning the carpets, this could be a very enjoyable condo. Again. Great location.

Stay at Gulf Winds

Overall ww were happy with the location, property was quiet st night. We felt safe, pool was nice and both check in and check out employees were nice. The floor was sandy when arriving, so it seemed it wasnt swept well . We noticed after being here for two days there was a pair of dirty socks in the fitted sheet in the king size bed. I let them know when I was calling to try and get a late check out. They said they would mention it to housekeeping. Not possible for late check outside at this time.

This unit had everything we needed for an enjoyable Spring Break get-a-way. The location was perfect! The office staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. Had a great time

Great spot for a getaway with friends!

The location can’t be beat, we were a 30 second walk from the beach. Our unit had beach chairs for us to use which was a huge plus. Very clean on arrival, quick and easy check in process. Loved the place!
