I love everything customer service is good the place is very clean from the lobby to the rooms the pool and Jacuzzi are very clean and the microwave the bathroom and beds very clean love it will be back everything is close by very convenient

My wife took a lot of pictures coffee cup was very bad in the refrigerator. They were expired iced tea container since May and there is no room service at this hotel. Elevator is very slow have to wait at least five minutes to get an elevator. The floor in the kitchen looked like little baby roaches died from spraying the refrigerator is very old and the door wouldn’t close. The stove is very old coil burners with lots of dirt underneath furniture are used furniture with broken pieces on the edges for the price we paid. This is very bad. I could’ve went next-door to the Hamptons, which is almost the same price. They locked the gate so you can’t get on the beach with your umbrella or your chair you have to go through the hotel to get to the back of the pool and the beach. This has been a very bad experience.

Amazing vacation. The staff was fabulous and the room was clean and had what we needed. Loved the private beach and the fact thet we could walk a very short distance to everything. And again...most importantly the staff was amazing. They absolutely without exception were friendly and took care of EVERYTHING we needed with a smile and sense of urgency!!! We will be back!

A/C units are at bed level, during sleep the A/C blows directly on guest. Bathroom commode is low, not handicapped code. Room cleaning services are not automatic, guests must request cleaning dates. Facility clean, directly on the beach, no beach equipment, pool deck lounges no umbrellas, faucet to wash sand feet only. Agreement with adjoining hotels to eat and rent beach equipment. Overall it’s an affordable short stay. Love the beach access.

Great location! It is awesome that the beach is right there, everything is close by, and trolli transportation is easy access and cheap. What I think is being missed is to add advertising about being respectful to other guests and be silent by 9:00pm or something like that. There was a lot of noisy people, very unrespectful for those whom are going to rest.

Little old but very good hotel, we loved our stay! Private beach, good size rooms and staff has provided everything in the room, if you are planning to cook in the room some rooms have cook top, Sink, cooking pots, plates, bowles and fridge, microwave, coffee pot… for the price they charge they are providing more for sure! I would live to stay here my next time visit!

The room wasn’t bad kind of small but clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway constantly smelled really bad and the stairs did not look very trustworthy so we had to always wait for the elevator.
