#7715 at Harbourside is an outstanding property. Everything was very clean. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. But the best feature is the balcony where we spent hours hanging out watching boats and yachts navigate the inland waterway below. A bonus - this time of year, you can watch both sunrise and sunset from this balcony. Our host Debra was very helpful with specific arrival and departure procedures and very responsive, providing a fix for a very minor glitch immediately. When we return to the Clearwater area, we will certainly hope that #7715 is available.

I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. We walked to the beach, dined at local restaurants and caught a brief rest poolside at the waterpark. Perfect little getaway.

Great Stay

This was a great condo for our trip. The water park and pool were a lot of fun, the beach was within walking distance, and we were able to ride the trolly 20min to Clearwater beach for 5 a day for the 3 of us. Clearwater beach is nicer in our opinion and has more/better restaurant options. The price of this condo was excellent compared to Clearwater though. It had just about everything we needed. The ONLY thing that would have been helpful would have been 1 or 2 laundry baskets. It was clean and we had a very nice stay overall.

Family spring break

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for my husband and two kids ages 9 and 6. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and we were given a start of enough laundry and dishwasher pods for 3 loads which was enough for us on our week stay. We all had a blast at the pool and waterpark! Must be 48 inches to ride the big water slides. The floor sun roof deck was beautiful to watch the sunset. The located was great to walk to a few different restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and beach. Overall great stay! Would recommend for families!

This is our second time staying at this complex but the first time staying at this particular unit. We absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed the sun deck this time. Gorgeous views. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back next year for sure.

Overall a good stay, super comfy beds!

Check in process, instructions and communication with property manager was great! They were very quick to respond and answered all my questions within minutes. Property listing was accurate and included a highchair and pack and play which was a necessity for us. The beds were VERY comfortable! They are higher than a standard bed but didn’t affect us at all. The vents did make this weird whistling noise everytime the air turned on. That was quite annoying. Appliances are starting to wear down, especially the dishwasher. The left, front burner on the stove wasn’t working at first. Eventually we got it working. A lot of the dishes/pots/pans etc. had a white residue or dried food on them. Coffee cups had dust/coffee still on them. Just cleaned everything before we used it anyway. The biggest problem area were the floors! Phew. My 10 month old is only crawling so we first noticed this on the tops of her feet. The tops of her feet were black every day. The bottoms of our feet were also filthy. The floors need a serious deep clean. The washer and dryer were also very greasy on the sides. It has not been cleaned in a while. Overall it was a good stay. Having the waterpark, game room and golf just downstairs was huge for my family. Beach within a few minute walk and many good restaurants to dine at! It was well decorated and cozy. The view was also great from the balcony.

Great long weekend getaway!

Great place and location for a quick weekend getaway. The beach was an easy walk and there were plenty of restaurant options close by, many still cleaning up from the hurricane. The included water park passes were a nice option to kill a few hours, while not large and suited for smaller children, it was still a nice retreat. Dropped an overall star because the beds need replaced ASAP, the master bedroom was soft and you could feel the springs. Property management was fine, but I wasn't comfortable uploading my drivers license to a random website, or having to submit a "selfie".

Fall get away🌮

Condo was exactly what you see in the pictures! Convenient to Restaurants within walking distance at least 6 to pick from and a great ice cream shop 2 blocks from Condo🌮 ( could be dangerous with 100 different flavors to pick from! A 2 scoop cone seemed like a half gallon, very large servings) Condo beds are very comfortable, kitchen well stocked but could use a potato peeler & spaghetti scoop. Plenty of towels including beach towels which is a really nice extra. Many places we have stayed they don't provide the beach items! They also have a closet with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys for kids, boogie boards, cooler, & a wagon to haul it all to the beachđŸïžMy husband did organize the closet while we were there, it appears the last renters just threw everything in what ever way they could fit it!! They request that you return the items with as little sand as possible! We did find that the gentleman working the grounds is very helpful. Halfway into the long garage you can find his white work van and he has a hose right there that you can use to rinse off all the beach items. So returning the item to the closet clean is very easy. The water park is small but pretty sure if we had children with us they would have been out there everyday! Our over all stay was fantastic and we would definitely rent this unit again

Wonderful stay, very family friendly!

We had a wonderful time, location was awesome !! We traveled with a crawling infant. Within 30 minutes of crawling upon arrival, her hands and feet were very dirty. I had to go out and buy cleaning products and mop the floor. Also the washer was filled with mold. The cleaning crew needs some help!

Absolutely loved this condo. We stayed at this particular place last year but not this condo. This condo was awesome. Everything you needed for your beach trip. No need to bring anything but your cooler. We will be staying at this place every time we visit IRB.

An amazing stay!

This place was amazing ! It was spotless upon arrival and we were off and running to the beach immediately upon arrival. It’s the little touches that make a good place great and this place had amazing pillows, all needed kitchen utensils, great outdoor furniture and a wagon to take all your beach crap the block to the beach ! The ONLY thing I can say negative is the elevator is super slow and there is only one that goes to the top floors. And the number of our unit was not clear/ misquoted on our confirmation so we had to wait until we arrived to get groceries delivered. I will definitely bring my family again!

Great Spot & Stay!

The property was just as it was listed. It was clean, had all the supplies you needed, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable, a pack n play for our little (that was super easy to set up! Other parents can appreciate this lol), and any possible item you may want for a short walk to the beach (wagon, toys, umbrella, chairs, small cooler, etc.). The check-in process was extremely easy and all the passes you needed for the week (parking and waterpark) were ready for you right away. The view from the patio was perfect with a view of the inter-coastal and the gulf. The location of the condo is ideal for walking to many bars/restaurants, CVS, little shops, and of course the beach! We would for sure stay again. Thank you!

Great family spot!

We went with many families so we were able to see many of the condo's. This was by far the best one! Access to the rooftop to continue to hang out with other families. The balcony off the room has a beautiful view and great furniture to sit and relax or eat. The whole place was very clean!! Very nice that there is a closet full of things to help your stay and enjoy the beach. Great family memories with a great location to beach, restaurants, groceries and other towns to visit.

Clean facility and a great location. Loved the harbor view for the morning sun rise and could walk to the beach for the evening sun set.(best of both worlds). This place was a good choice for a relaxing get away.
