Immense condo au bord de l'eau avec piscine

Condo de plage récemment rénové. Profitez de la brise chaude du golfe en vous asseyant sur votre balcon au bord de l'eau. Ce condo de 1400 pieds carrés est l'un des plus grands de la région. C'est idéal pour une escapade romantique ou un moment en famille. Vous aurez 2 lits queen et lits superposés !!! L'occupation maximale est de 6 personnes. TrÚs grande chambre des maßtres avec coin salon. Profitez du jacuzzi dans la salle de bain principale aprÚs une journée à la plage. Internet haute vitesse avec WiFi

Le bel intérieur comprend une cuisine complÚte avec comptoirs en granit ET laveuse / sécheuse. Vous avez une vue magnifique sur la voie navigable inter-cÎtiÚre depuis le balcon, vous pouvez regarder les dauphins et les lamantins jouer.

Il y a un abri pour 2 voitures, une piscine privĂ©e, des chaises de plage, des jouets et des serviettes. La plage est Ă  environ 150 pas. Lorsque vous en avez assez de vous dĂ©tendre sur le sable ou de lire au bord de la piscine, il y a mĂȘme une jetĂ©e privĂ©e qui est Ă  vous pour regarder les bateaux ou attraper du poisson.

Patrik and Eva were lovely hosts and we appreciated the accommodations at their large, well appointed condo. The spacious bedrooms and master bath, living room and kitchen with high ceilings and beautiful view of the intercoastal were a perfect fit for us. We loved being next to the pool, quick access to the beach and easy parking. The condo was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools and appliances! Thank you for a great stay, we’d love to come back again!

Family Vacation

The condo was very comfortable and very clean. The view on the bay side is beautiful especially sitting on the balcony in the morning. The beach toys and chairs was a huge hit with the family. The hosts were always there if you have any questions. Location was also perfect. Close to restaurants and a few shops. We will definitely stay there again.

A True Gem of a condo and location!

Great spot! Loved the gulf side views and the condo was perfect! Beautiful updated bathrooms, plenty of amenities and supply for everything you would have at home! Super clean. The storage unit has exactly what you would use at beach. Chairs, cooler, wagon, nice covering for beach use. Loved everything about this place and our trip! Will be back!

My husband and 2 teenage sons stayed her over Easter break for 5 nights. What a PERFECT location. Quiet with a beautiful view off the balcony yet only 3 minute walk across the street to a gorgeous beach! My boys did ALOT of fishing off the dock and it was a relaxing way to end the day sitting on the balcony watching them. The owners provided everything we needed to make this trip exceptional. The condo is a close walk to a few restaurants, general store, ice cream shop, and mini golf. The trolley stop is right outside the entrance to the complex and is an awesome way to go into Clearwater because we tried driving one day and turned right around and took the trolley. Parking and traffic are pretty bad down there. If you download the PSTA transit app it’s easy to see when the trolley will arrive. You’re looking for the Suncoast line and Gulf Blvd and 19993 stop. The trolley does take credit cards also. Just a great family trip all around! Thank you so much Patrik and Eva!!

Awesome place . 2 minute walk to beach. Beautiful view of the inner coastal from the deck. Saw Dolphins swimming in the inner coastal. Condo clean and up to date with very nice furniture. Restaurants are close and in walking distance. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying in this complex . Love Indian shores !!!!

Great stay at Indian Sands condo

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very quiet complex with only a few buildings and a small number of units per building. Beautiful view of the Intercoastal. Enjoyed the balcony and view. We even saw some dolphins and manatees in the mornings. Parking located underneath with room for 2 and a garden hose to rinse off the beach gear. We leveraged the beach access located nearby which is just a 5 min walk and enjoyed some food at the nearby Caddy’s restaurant and pub (walking distance as well). The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed! The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable! Our favorite so far in the condos we have rented in the past in this area. Great size unit with plenty of space. The owners were great to work with and responded quickly to our emails. Would definitely recommend this unit to others and would stay here again in the future.

Favorite Condo!

Best place to stay at! We enjoyed lots of food and had lots of fun doing water sports. You could see dolphins from the balcony and the condo felt just like home! For sure will be coming back in the near future!

Wonderful condo

Condo was very clean and accommodating. Back deck overlooking the inter coastal waterway was nice. My daughter caught a catfish fishing off the little personal pier. Beach is a quick walk. Pool was nice and the kids loved it. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had.

Great Location

Wonderful location in a quiet area of Indian Shores...the condo was very comfortable and on the intercoastal waterway with great views from the deck. This condo is on the top floor and very quiet. Bedding/linens /towels were of good qulaity. Though the condo was clean, it needs an overall "freshening"...some areas need TLC. I can imagine that it is hard to stay after with a rental that has guests one after another. When do you fix/repair/spruce up when there is no time in between guests? The hosts were excellent and responsive...we had a great time. Thanks!

Great location!

Our favorite aspect of the condo was the location- it is very quiet in the condo with a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway from the balcony. The walk to the beach was even shorter than we expected and the availability of beach chairs and other beach items was so nice.
