Easy walk to beach

This place was right on the beach with easy access. The unit could’ve been a bit cleaner and a little more well stocked (beach stuff, t.p. paper towels). Overall it worked for our family of 5 though.

Was surprised and used the previous reviews that mentioned the place had everything you need. We've rented several condos in this area and all come with beach toys, chairs, and most importantly beach towels. However the only beach item this rental on the beach has are two beach chairs. We had to rent beach towels from the front desk. Also we had to check in after hours (630pm) and that process was very smooth. However tv wouldn't work in living room and we messaged owner and never ever recieved a response. So here we are with no beach towels or TV with our children when we arrived our first night. Was able to get the situation corrected later but was not impressed by the owner communication (or lack of) and office workers. Will not stay here again

Perfect location, perfect vacation!

We were really thrilled with our choice to stay at this property. I cannot rave enough about the location. It's right on the beach, there is a pool also right on the beach, if you got a room on the "other" side (as we did) we still got a gorgeous view of the intercoastal waterway, and we could walk to restaurants, CVS, the ice cream shop on the corner, and even the Splash Harbor water park. The building had taken into account many details, such as gas grills in the pool area, showers to wash off the sand before you came in, coin-op washers/dryers on each floor... and the owners of this unit had also catered for every detail, such as 4 beach chairs for us to carry to the beach, ample towels, well stocked cooking utensils etc. The unit was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 3 adults + 2 kids. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Great Vacation Property

Very nice 2 bedroom condo, clean and updated. Enjoyed the pool and walking the beach, watching the sunset. Good location. We would stay there again!!

Loved the location. Close to everything fun. Right on the beach so it was very convenient with little kids. The balcony sunrise view is gorgeous. Great little place

Property could have had more small amenities for day to day needs like home were missing, i.e. those things that one doesn't always pack, like salt or some coffee type condiments, cleaning entities, dishwasher materials or strainer for foods/

No fault of the condo owner

The condo is beautiful and spacious! The views are amazing and so is the location. On the downside of things The thunder feet we had above us all week long was unbelievable!! Kids ran from the time they got up until the time they went to bed which was late! It made it sound like they were literally stomping on our heads. To add to the noise they started vacuuming at 10:30pm. I said something to the property manager which I could tell she could care less. She said she would say something but obviously didn’t because the same nite is when the vacuuming started. We understand the noise of children. We had a child with us but I made sure he was calm, quiet and respectful to our neighbors! Which by the way she was NOT friendly the whole week we were there. Never once even seen her smile. We paid good money to stay here just like the thunder feet did and the noise was unbearable! I would recommend this condo in hopes you don’t have the same problem we did. I would love to stay here again but it would be on the top floor!

Good stay, quiet and close to everything you need.

overall pretty good, only problems were wifi password did not initially work. Called left a message with the off hours #, did not get a reply. resolved the problem the next day in the office. Also when we checked out I was told we were supposed to throw out all garbage and empty dish washer. I was not told this at check in. Otherwise I would have complied. we left a few dishes, but did not empty dishwasher but all dishes left in washer were clean.

Wonderful

Property is clean, comfortable, as described, and exceeded expectations. Check-in process was easy, even after hours. Location is right on the beach. Heated pool was a hit for the kids. Already rebooked for next year! Can’t wait.
