Family vacation

We had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. Check-in was hassle-free. Communication was swift and helpful. The Tate family seem like really great people and their vacation condo is perfect if you’re looking for a safe and friendly space to bring your family. We fully intend on staying again.

Could This Be Our Permanent Home?!

I booked this girls trip as a gift to my mom for Christmas. I have never been to Clearwater before and was nervous about the process. My mom is very ill with chronic conditions; therefore, comfort, security, and communication are very important to me. I happily will say this property EXCEEDED all expectations. First and foremost, Becki and Larry are such generous people for sharing this gem with others. Becki was in constant communication with me if I had any questions. Check in and check out was smoother than butter. We so appreciated all the effort in making our stay so wonderful. Now the property
..pictures simply do not do this home justice. The condo is decorated beautifully and is a far cry from other rentals we have stayed in. The beds were comfortable, the couch was roomy, my mom and I could cook in the kitchen at the same time, all essentials were present, and the condo was so quiet. And the water pressure
..heaven. The condo staff were also very friendly and helpful. The beach itself was breathtaking. The closest person was maybe 10-20 yards away from us, so the private beach was definitely awesome. The water was so clear, warm, and we found so many shells. Hands down this was the best vacation my mom and I have had together. We even joked around about becoming squatters so we could stay longer. Please treat yourself to this piece of paradise that Becki and Larry so kindly rent out. You will not regret and even thank yourself later!

Amazing beach front vacation experience

This property is amazing!! If you have a chance to stay here DO IT. The view is unbelievable, the location is perfect, the condo is clean and beautifully furnished, and the hosts are organized and responsive to any questions or concerns. There are restaurants within walking distance and you can grab groceries if you’d prefer at nearby stores. This was truly a one-of-a-kind property and we can’t wait to be back!

Awesome Views and Premier Accommodations

Absolute perfection! Stunning views of both the bay and the Gulf from throughout the unit. Excellent location...quiet strip of beach, often saw dolphins from the lanai, a very short walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Many attractions nearby; we loved Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.Condo is beautifully decorated throughout and fully appointed with everything you need for a luxury beach vacation. Safe, secure lobby and covered parking.This is the ultimate beachfront property and surpassed all our expectations! We thank our wonderful hosts Becki and Larry for a fantastic vacation and the great memories that we made during our time at Crescent Beach! We hope to return!!

Amazing!

We were so delighted with this condo! It is spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The description was very accurate-amazing! The balconies were wonderful- options for getting out of the wind and enjoying the fresh air. We were there during some of the coldest weather ever for January which kept us inside a lot. The extra space really helped.There is a wonderful selection of books and a huge tv to enjoy if the weather doesn’t cooperate!The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had.We would love to cone back again some time.

Perfect Family Beach Retreat

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The ocean views were stunning, and the condo was well-maintained. We loved the comfortable beds and the huge couch, which made our stay even more relaxing. The sandy beaches and clear, calm ocean waves were perfect for our children, and the fact that it wasn't crowded made it feel like our own private paradise.

Amazing views

Stunning 270 degree views! We've stayed at several different rooms / floors at CBC, and this had the best views from everywhere in the condo. The property is in great condition, and of course the private beach on Sand Key is amazing with hardly anyone on the beach compared to Clearwater. A nice, quiet area for families with kids.

WOW WOW WOW!!

Our stay at this amazing beach condo was absolutely perfect! The condo offers stunning views in nearly every direction you look, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for a very relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The condo itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. A true home away from home! The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms are very cozy, and the beds are incredibly comfortable (this is extremely important to me). The multiple private balconies were such a highlight, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets with the sound of the waves in the background. The host was fantastic and extremely welcoming—responsive and accommodating, with great local recommendations. Direct beach access made it easy to enjoy the white sands and clear waters without the crowds. The pool was never busy, we were often the only ones there! Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat or a peaceful escape, this condo is the ideal choice. It’s more than we could have ever asked for. We can’t wait to return!

This is the one

If you are coming to Clearwater this is where you want to stay. Amazing sunsets and sunrises with balconies overseeing the gulf and the intercostal waters. Windows that allow a great view from anywhere in the condo. Too many amenities to name them all but a beautiful private beach and a nice size pool and hot tub with a great view of the gulf. Just south of town but just a 3-5 minute drive into the main hub with more places than you can imagine to eat and several options of things to do if you’re looking for a day away from the beach Can’t say enough about the quality of the condo and the location and Becki was great to work with.

30th Anniversary Vacation

Everything was fabulous! The condo itself was huge and very clean. Windows and water from everywhere we looked. Everything you could have wanted was there. Of course the beach and water were amazing. Becki and Larry were awesome to deal with. They were very kind to us. My husband and I have had a rough 2 years with family illnesses in both sides and this was exactly what we needed to rejuvenate. We would go back in a heartbeat 💕

The only place to stay

11G! What can I say? This place is absolutly beautiful. Perfect location for the laid back relaxed vacation you're looking for. Stunning views from every window. Unobstructed views of sunrise on front balcony and sunset on back balcony. Very quiet inside unit. Close to great food,drink and shopping. No public beach access and the beach is fantastic. I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed this place. What a great find.

Best Family Beach Vacation ever!!!!

My family and I stay at the condo 11G week of March 30-April 6, 2024. The condo is better in person as the pictures won't do it justice. We used all the amenities the condo had to offer, Pool, Hot tub, Pickleball and billiards. My kids Ages 9 and 6 had a great time and have been asking when can we go back. Check process was quick with no issues. Never had issues with parking as there where always spots available. Larry and Becki Tate are great hosts and make sure that everything when smooth and gives us some recommendations on local restaurants in the area. Could not recommend this condo enough as it's the best rental condo i have ever stayed in.
