Welcome to Ocean Blue Villa, a two-story beachfront vacation rental in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. With more than 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and space for up to 12 guests, this thoughtfully designed villa is an excellent choice for families and groups looking to stay directly on the Gulf.



Enjoy beach views, a private porch, a splash pool and direct access to the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach—all within walking distance of local restaurants and activities.



Open Living, Dining and Chef-Style Kitchen



The open-concept main living area features soaring ceilings, arched doorways, shiplap details and quality millwork that bring a refined coastal feel to the home.



The spacious living room includes comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV and a sofa bed for added flexibility. Sliding glass doors open onto the private Gulf-view porch, creating a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, meals outdoors or sunset drinks.

Ocean Blue Villa includes a designated private splash pool section for guests to enjoy. The pool patio and wood deck are shared with the adjacent Ocean Dream property; however, each villa has its own designated pool area, separated by an interior wall within the water.

I would love to give this place 5 star rating, however, the host was not very accommodating. We had visited in March hoping the weather would be warm but unfortunately a storm rolled through during our stay dropping it down in the high 50s. We had asked the host if they would be able to turn the pool heat on so we can still utilize it and they said they couldn’t and I had to book with that option. Well when you don’t recommend that option, why would I book with that option. It’s as easy as flipping a switch, I had no problem paying for it.

Host was responsive to first day concerns.A few items need some TLC. Sliders were extremely difficult to open and close. Downstairs bathroom lock is broken. Two guests got locked in temporarily. We pointed it out to maintenance on first day. Overall was clean and well stocked. Excellent location.

Fantastic Property

We rented both sides of this property for a spring break getaway for moms and teenage girls. The girls loved walking to breakfast and spending each day by the beach and pool. The location and accommodations were literally perfect. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Location is perfect! This house truly has everything you would need, beach chairs, umbrellas, grill, paddle boats, even down to providing beach towels! Host was quick to respond to any questions. Parking is a little tight especially if you have a larger SUV. Mattresses on king size bed could definitely use an upgrade but overall we would definitely book again!

Last Minute Beauty

Last weekend my family and I enjoyed a quick unexpected trip to St. Petersburg and this was the perfect place to stay. We had a beautiful scenery, just steps from the beach and the house itself accommodated my large family wonderfully. The winter wind mixed with the oceans’ waves was a peaceful sound both in the morning and at night. The house was clean and had plenty of areas to play games, relax on the comfy sofa or simply watch the waves from the porch or balcony. I will be booking this house again in the summertime for more enjoyable memories!

Direct Beachfront

Great Gulf view. Direct beach access. Well stocked with supplies (kitchen utensils, paper towels, toilet paper). Plenty of restaurant options, within walking distance. Parking, a little tight. Scenic rear deck, shared with sister adjoining rental. Nice game room (converted garage), but not climate-controlled.

Disappointing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of Ocean Blue is great, with direct access to the beach and area restaurants. However our stay was very disappointing. On our arrival we found the property to be generally dirty on a number of accounts. The floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes throughout our stay. The kitchen was equally dirty as we found plates and utensils to be soiled. We had to wash all the dishes and glasses as they looked to have been cleaned with a dirty rag. The kitchen was not stocked well with utensils. We found the knives to be very dull and cheap. The utensils in the standing bowl were dirty and had food on them. This unit, priced at over a thousand dollars a night was not a value. We had just spent 6 weeks in Siesta Key and were exploring a possible location for a 6-7 week stay next year. This property will not be on the list. One of the most concerning issues was the construction between the house and the beach. Although in the notice "construction" was mentioned, the site was a hazard and frankly a serious safety issue. Going from the house to the beach required us to us round post for steps that were not stable, not to mention hazardous to step up and down. There were no suitable chairs on the "deck area" so sitting on the porch or the beach were the options. Related to this construction was the unannounced arrival of workers on three separate occasions, who did no work but just walked around. This too is unsafe. On another occasion we had an inspector show up with little notice. The refrigerator leaked water, so we called for help. Help arrived, but again without notice. The repairman said the refrigerator was old and had this problem previously. The television had all streaming services so no local or network access which was troublesome to those of us who like to see news and weather, not to mention sports (no SEC channels, ESPN). There were a number of other issues, like a "game room" taking up garage space. It was laughable at best. Very disappointing stay
