I enjoyed our stay, location was central for walking to beach, restaurants etc. The Pelican was an older facility but in great condition, clean well serviced. Had a hot water issue while there which was fixed ASAP and for the inconvenience we were refunded by the management for a day of no hot water. I would return because they keep the facility up and take care of their customers. Thanks

We stayed in room 322 & the layout of the room was very nice.......however, during the course of my week's stay I saw 3 roaches. Two on the counter top near the sink & microwave & one came from under the dresser near the beds. All in all, it was a lovely stay. Located not too far from places we planned to visit. Except for the noise from the solar installation (of which we were informed prior to making reservations), this was a quiet, comfortable location.

Fantastic location 2 mins across the street to the beach. The rooms come with a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and toaster, plus plates utensils and cups. The room also has 2 beach chairs for you to use which saves a ton of money. The staff is super awesome too! Hoping to come back next year!
