The room was clean but small, they left water and snacks in the room and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. However, you could hear talking through the duct work from the other part of the house, fortunately they were quiet. It appeared there were no controls for the temperature in the room, it was controlled from the house. There was a ceiling fan that helped control the feeling of the temperature in the room. It was raining when we arrived and the sidewalk stopped short of the back entrance, it was impossible to not track in black sand. It was a short bike ride to Sunset Beach and downtown area and we were able to store our bikes in the fenced in patio area. They also had loaner bikes if you did not have your own bike. Overall, it was a nice place with a nice private outside seating area.

Perfect stay; we will definitely return if available. Highly recommended. Such pleasant hosts. The little things. Made it perfect. We were in town for the town annual triathlon so ease of check in, ability to test comfortably, with no issues was paramount. They are kind and so pleasant. I would recommend and stay again without hesitation!:)

Ramiro My husband, Rocky (pet dog) and myself Thank you so very much for the lovely stay.l!! You went above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay. Your place is beautiful, exceptionally clean and so adorable. Your description in VRBO is to the tea! Love the outside space. Bed comfy and to top it off the amenities are exceptional! From bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner to refreshments snacks, wine, coffee with extras. Microwave, blow dryer list goes on. Just minutes to beach, Historic Downtown Tarpon Avenue, nature reserve trail park, restaurants and sponge dock and more. Such a great location!! Thank you being a wonderful host!! Great location and hosts

Although this is listed under whole house it is only a room in a house. There is a private entrance and patio which gives the impression of a more private stay. The stay is a single room and one bed with a bathroom large enough to comfortably fit 2 people. I would definitely feel too crammed if we had more than 2 people.Theres a private patio that is both screened and a larger outdoor area that is unscreened. Which was really cool! The warm weather was perfect for hanging outside in the screened patio. The hosts were kind and easy to communicate with.The neighborhood was quiet and safe and was the perfect location for easy access to the beach as well as other areas we drove to. The extra items were SO helpful to have such as the beach chairs and towels etc. There were a couple of snacks and drinks which added a really thoughtful touch. I dont think the hosts were very loud but the nature of the room did allow for a lot of noise. We could easily hear conversations that were had too near the neighboring wall. We tried to stay extra quiet to not disturb them so guests who may be a little louder or guests who are easily startled by noise may need to adjust for that.Overall a wonderful stay. We would definitely return if we found ourselves in the area again.

Cozy and close to the beach

The hosts made this stay a dream. It is a room sectioned off from the rest of the house by tall fences. It is private. They have thought of everything. It is very close to sunset beach and howard park. We liked howard park the best. Its small and simple and checked all of our boxes for this trip. Locking the gate is a strong turn to the *left ;)I imagine this would be perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple since there is just one bed- but my daughter (17) and I made it work. I definitly recommend staying here.

Small but perfect!

Perfect little spot for us. Very clean room and nice extras like coffee and creamers, snacks, oatmeal packets and even a bottle of wine on the bed! We have family in the area and flew in from NH. All we needed was a room. This was way better than getting a hotel room! Thank you!!!

A great room for a place to rest and sleep after busy days in Tarpon Springs and Tampa. Clean and ready for us as expected. The weather was cooler than we had hoped, but appreciated the beach chairs/towels had we needed them.

Extremely clean

The rental car as extremely clean, I dropped a bottle of eye drops that rolled under the nightstand, I ended up laying on the floor and reaching under the table to retrieve it. Not a speck of dust The bottle of wine was a nice surprise, we sat out on the patio Friday night enjoying a picnic and wine, in the distance we could here the sounds of a local high school football game I would definitely stay there again

Simply Fantastic

Ramiro and Christine were absolutely fabulous hosts. They made sure to go above and beyond for us before and during our stay: from the snacks/drinks, books for our child to read, the bicycles for us to use, to the beach towels/chairs/toys, everything was just the right touch to make it a exceptional experience. The location was perfect and super close to the beach. The property was clean and neat both inside and outside. The neighborhood was safe, friendly and quiet. We cannot wait to come back and stay with them again! Thank you for making our trip even more memorable!

Above and Beyond!

Both hosts greeted us warmly. The space had everything we could possibly need. We loved the private patio area. I was amazed at all of the extras including water, snacks and wine. We had access to bikes, beach chairs etc. I would highly recommend this property. Very safe and quiet area.
