Respite from great white north

Had an excellent stay at this property. Was clean and well appointed, with all you need to relax as well as prepare meals. Location is just right to walk, ride bike or drive to any of the great restaurants in the area. Sean, the host/owner was readily available with questions and to resolve any issues. Will definitely consider rebooking when returning to area.

A family reunion Christmas

The property owner was very helpful in keeping us up to date on what was happening with the property and the island as a whole after several storms went through. When the date finally came we were so happy to find things just as he said they would be. The condo has nice sized rooms, was well stocked with needed items, and very clean. We also appreciate and followed some of his restaurant suggestions which were great. We would definitely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at this condo that Sean and Cindy own/manage and it was excellent! I can't say enough good things about staying there in early Dec. Wonderful stay!

The property was as advertised and even better! The size was perfect for a family of 4 and was so well appointed. From the kitchen, linens, extra pillows and even shampoo and conditioner as well as other toiletries should you have forgotten something! The location was ideal, especially with the beach supply locker with easy access as you head to and from the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, footballs, boogie boards...we had everything we needed. There is a soft cooler as well as a small hard case cooler that we packed for the beach each day...so handy. The washer and dryer in the unit was ideal, especially for our beach towels (which are supplied in the unit as well!) This was our first time to IRB and we loved it. The unit was in a terrific location to restaurants, and fun places to visit like the bird sanctuary and McGough nature park. Sean was also extremely responsive. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend booking your stay here. We'd surely come back again, thank you!!

Spring Break

Our family of 4 had a wonderful spring break in this area! Not too crowded, had restaurants within walking distance, and met other families staying within the complex. Sean and Cindy have a beautiful condo very comfortable and clean supplied with all you need from cooking to entertainment. We would definitely love to rent from them again! Wonderful vacation

This was a great location and the condo was clean and well equipped with nice furniture. We enjoyed the pool and easy beach access. The sand at the beach is soft and there is space for everyone The water in the gulf is clear and a beautiful color. The locker is full of beach chairs, umbrella and toys. Overall it made a wonderful vacation with some restaurants and parks in walking distance.

We went down to IRB to make the final plans for my daughter’s wedding. The condo was perfect. Family friendly area and right by the water. Owners were very responsive to texts. I loved the beach chairs and wagon that were available to use. Perfect trip.

Early Christmas getaway

This condo was excellent! Just as described. Pictures were exactly how the condo is, no surprises. Bed was super comfortable along with the pillows! Washing machine/dryer were easy to use. Sitting on balcony listening to the waves helped with the relaxing aspect of our trip. I will definitely pic this condo again as long as Sean and Cindy are still the owners. The condo was very spacious and close to the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk to most places other than the occasional grocery run. The beach wagon and chairs were a bonus and came in handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book the unit again.

Another amazing visit

We've just booked our 3rd stay at this beautiful condo. It's beginning to feel like our second home. It's very convenient to restaurants and mainland services. The owner is responsive and accommodating and is quick to assist or resolve any issues. It's obvious they take great pride in their condo and they want all their guests to be comfortable. A favorite extra touch of ours is the keypad entry on the front door. It's so convenient for us (4 adults) to not have to keep track of actual keys. We look forward to many more visits in the future!

Relaxing time in IRB

We just finished a week long stay here. Daily trips to the beach, the most amazing sunsets, coffee on the balcony where you can enjoy the coastal breeze and salt air for both sunrise and sunset. The condo is MUCH bigger than the pictures suggest. We had four adults and it was never crowded. There is plenty of beach equipment. IRB is kind of quiet and low key little beach town which was fine with us. There are restaurants within walking distance and plenty of otgers to drive to. We actually only ate once in IRB and that was for ice cream. The rest of time we went to Indian Rocks Shores (JD’s and Indian Shores Coffee), Madeira Beach (Mad Beach Cantina), St. Pete Beach (Bongos, AMAZING place for a sunset), North Redington Beach (Sweet Sage, fun and funky breakfast place), and Bellaire (Maggie Mae’s, anotger good breakfast spot). We did a dinner and sunset cruise out of Clearwater (Starlite Dinner cruise) as well. It was a little pricey but ended up being well worth it, great experience. Sean was great to communicate with. We had a few issues to address but they were handled immediately and correctly. Without question I would rent again. The condo is huge, well decorated, SUPER comfortable and supportive beds, and just a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Cannot recommend enough.
