Condo was as pictured. Very clean and accommodated 5 adults and 2 kids nicely. Was stocked with kitchen tools and pots and pans. Also had plenty of beach items to use which was very nice. We left a few new items ourselves for others to enjoy. The management team were very helpful and responded right away. I would recommend the condo and location. And will stay again if ever that way.

I am born and raised in the area so I know it well. We were just doing a little staycation for my daughter’s birthday and a couple friends. Everything was clean kitchen was fully equipped, and the beach was beautiful.

Wonderful

This is an amazing property ! Its beach views, access and sunsets are superb. The condo was well cleaned and stocked upon arrival with shampoo,dish soap,garbage bags, laundry detergent and the basic start up things you would need for the week. It has beach towels, and chairs along with some beach toys,coolers,etc. Everything you need was in the kitchen salt, pepper, foil, tupperware and all the cooking essentials. The property was maintained very well with daily cleanings and maintenance on the pool and grilling areas. My only suggestion would be to get a filter basket for the coffee pot. Access to restaurants is good with Caddy’s being right across the street. Most of the other restaurants are about one mile away a short walk or 2 minute drive. We loved the ease of being between two destinations St. Pete’s and Clearwater beach and visited both while here. This is a quiet, beautiful low key beach town that has a lot of charm. We will definitely be booking for future vacations.

First stay here

The cleaning staff and maintenance staff are wonderful, communication with the manager was excellent. My only complaints are these - the couches are beyond their life of use and desperately need replaced, the dishwasher worked but needs new rollers on the bottom tray, and the curtains and curtain rods in the living area have been patched together and need replaced as well. The maintenance guy did come out immediately when needed and fixed a shelf and stool - was super friendly. Sand Castle needs to repair their broken elevator as I was told that the one has been down for several months (not an issue with BeachTimeRental) so was thankful that this unit was only on the 4th floor!

The condo was in a perfect spot - right on the ocean. The cool breezes made the condo just right without running the air conditioner. Lots of shopping and activities nearby. The manager was extremely attentive - every question had an instant answer.

Dated. No safety mat in tub across from kitchen. Appliances, i.e., sweeper, coffee pot, dishwasher, less than ideal. No hair dryer found in unit but stated on Vrbo as having one. Over priced for a weeks stay. View was excellent, access to beach excellent. However, came back from beach and our door was open with workers outside but no notification from rental company of needing access.

1st time in south Florida

We decided to go south Florida this year. We found Indian Rock Beach and your condo and decided to give it a shot. Great location! Loved the area! The condo was nice and we loved that it overlooked the beach and pool. It was our littles first time to the beach and that was perfect. Only thing that I could suggest is to update the small things, like the shower caddies as they were rusted. But really that was all. We had a fabulous time and will be back! Thank you!

Would definitely stay again

The location was beautiful, clean and great access to local places and of course, direct access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including extra blankets, towels and pillows. We had such a wonderful time. The property managers provided a ton of information on local groceries, restaurants, sights, and even great options for beach rental equipment. We did have two issues come up - one toilet seat was cracked when we got there and then there was a miscommunication on the pool key code, but the manager responded immediately to both and was resolved quickly and perfectly. We have already talked about coming back again!

The bed was amazing and so was the view but other than that I was not impressed. The owner was sweet but the people running her room are not doing the best. We were asked to allow workers in the room 3 times during our stay. The walls and floors needed to be cleaned and renovated. We found 2 bugs we had to kill during our stay. Overall I would not recommend.

Great place for a week getaway

We generally disappointed with the booking process, communication with property management property, it’s a very old condo in need of renovations and some the kitchen stuff great and some downright awful. Furthermore it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Hair on bathroom floors when we arrived and shower seemed grungy. But why we went so high is location location location. And the shared pool, barbecues & hot tub all clean well maintained & terrific.

Gorgeous views at a good price

The views from the unit are stunning and this would be a good place for multiple families to stay together but separate. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive and easy to work with. The unit is clean, a little outdated but overall nice and the views really made everything great. It was surprisingly quiet as well. We never heard neighbors. There is a restaurant/bar across the street that plays live music on the weekend but we didn't hear anything inside. The unit was lacking some basics that would have been nice like beach chairs, a decent cooler, tupperwear, lysol wipes, etc. but we bought and left a cooler and rented the chairs on the beach ($30/day for 2). The building shades the pool for a good part of the day which made it a little chilly but the water was warm and that could be good in the really hot months. Overall we were happy with our trip, the unit, and working with beach time.
