We have been spending February in Florida for a number of years and Kristi's condo is the best one we ever stayed in. Being welcomed with snacks and a nice bottle of wine was very appreciated and the view was the star of the show. But the condo was what made for a wonderful stay. High end appliances, a very comfortable bed, thick thirsty towels and a completely equipped kitchen. We always bring a couple of boxes of kitchen items and cleaning supplies that are usually missing. We could have left them home this time. Kristi made everything smooth and easy. She will also respond quickly to any concerns you may have. Thanks again Kristi, you do a wonderful job. M and M

Once again, an amazing stay ! I say once again since we were blessed to stay at this property two years ago. The views from the balcony are simply incredible ! whether you are sipping coffee in the morning or simply enjoying outstanding sunsets ...Sitting at the living while having a meal and looking at the balcony gives you the impression that you are at a cruise enjoying the nice ocean views. This place had everything we needed. Super clean and instructions were very clear. The communication with Kristi was simply one of the best if not the best we have seen from a VRBO owner.Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for us is a plus even though it is the two of us. Kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances (including an air fryer) work just perfect.Walk on the beach is one of the favorites things my wife and I love to do while staying there. Miles and miles of beautiful white sand will accompany you during your walks.The place is well located. Few miles north and you are at Clearwater. Few miles south and you end at Pass-a-grille. A bit more south and you can visit Fort Soto.35 miles drive will get you to St Petersburg. We look forward to the opportunity of staying again in the future. Thanks Kristi for making our stay so special.

Check in is very easy. Condo, as always, is clean and the decor and location exceed expectations. This is the 3d time we've been here and enjoy it every time. The location is great. We've stayed at two other condos in this building and always look for this location before every visit (once a year as wife's family is in St. Pete). Everything that you need is in the condo. Bring your swim suit. We will be coming back!

We walk in the door and are instantly “at home”!!! It’s amazing to be able to feel like you are on the beach without even leaving this condo. The views are second to none and the condo is beautiful.We love the walkability and proximity to great restaurants and just watching breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Kristi is absolutely the best when it comes to a host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are taken care of from beginning to end!

We had a very nice time at Kristi’s condo. It is spacious, clean and right on the beach. Any closer you would be in the ocean. The wrap around balcony was great. Nice place to relax offering some shade at any time of the day. Plenty of outdoor furniture available to sit where you want without having to move furniture around. I must say that Kristi is doing everything right. She is available as soon as you reach out. I fully understand that nothing lasts forever without breaking or not working properly sometimes, but all it matters is how the host responds, and how quick. Thank you Kristi. We enjoyed being your guests.

Wonderful stay! We'll be back!

We enjoyed our recent vacation at this lovely condo! It's attractive, comfortable, and clean. The host is very friendly and responds promptly to any questions or issues. The condo is on the fifth floor directly overlooking the beach. We loved watching the sunset from the large balcony. Plus, the location is great! It's in a less busy area - perfect for families and seniors. This was our third time staying at this condo. We'll definitely be back!

Awesome!

The condo is just as described. Very well equipped and flying to Florida there was nothing we needed to buy other than groceries which we had delivered! There are plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. There is a closet in the hall across from the elevator that has so much to offer! Coolers, beach toys, chairs and much more. Kristi was awesome to work with. We really can’t say enough! You won’t be disappointed! The master bedroom closet was large enough for our granddaughters pack and play so she had a quiet separate sleeping area. We would definitely go back!! Thank you for the beautiful accommodations!!

First Rate!!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and super clean! The views with all of windows are just beautiful and makes it feel so open. We got there at 1:00 am and there was a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us which was such a nice touch. We were so impressed with all of the immenities, what a great host! We felt so taken care of. It was very hard to leave, we fell in love with this little beach town! We wiill definitely be booking here again.

Beautiful view and property

The condo is beautifully furnished and extremely clean. We appreciated the amenities that were there that aren't usually provided in vacation homes (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, coffee pods, etc). This corner condo gave expansive views of the ocean. The sound and view of the surf made this location perfect. We were able to see dolphins swimming one evening from the balcony. The beach had powder sand and was great for walking as far as you want. The general area doesn't have crazy traffic as other areas of Florida we have been to. Publix was a few miles away. The coffee shop across the street has wonderful baked goods in the morning.

You got to check this out !!! amazing time in West Coast Florida !

This little gem in Indian Shores has made our anniversary unforgettable. We can see the great care the owners have invested in this lovely condo. Every detail exceedingly surpassed all our years of vacationing from Hilton Head to Myrtle Beach, SC. Cleanliness was outstanding. When they state that they have a well stocked condo- it truly was stocked from essential spices, gently fabulous cookware- and to our delight they even had an air fryer. You can imagine the rest :) We did not have to make a grocery run at all to buy any bathroom product nor cleaners (which we typically have done in the past during previous stays) The location of this apartment was breathtaking from sunrise to sunset . We enjoyed every single minute just taking it all in and feeling grateful for spending some time in this little piece of heaven. Can't wait to visit next year ! Thanks Kristi for the great communication/ accommodation you did for us!

On "Pointe"

First of all, Kristi was the best to communicate with before, during and after our stay! She was quick to respond and answer any questions. I am a believer that the perfect host makes for the perfect vacation. This condo was absolutely perfect! I am very particular when it comes to booking a condo. My husband and I love to get in and be "at home". This was truly the case. The nice complimentary bottle of wine and snacks made it even easier:) We lived on the huge wrap around balcony and enjoyed sunsets every night and dolphin watching. The decor, comfort of bed, stocked cabinets, nice towels and washer and dryer were everything you could ask for and more. I loved the extra touches i.e. Bath and Body Works soap on each vanity-YES! I usually bring my own. We really did not want to leave and are definately going to book again! Unmatchable in this area!

Fabulous stay!

This place is incredible!! It has outstanding views from the balcony. We saw manatees and a dolphin not too far off the beach. The unit itself has everything you could need or want including all of the beach gear and towels you need. The bed was super comfortable and overall this place just felt like home for the week. Perfect Spot for a chill week

Awesome place!

We booked this condo because our usual place was demolished by a hurricane last year. We had no idea what to expect from the area or the condo. It turned out that it was one of our better decisions. The condo itself is quite large
by condo standards at least. It’s a lot bigger than most. It is really well appointed, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, and a fully prepped kitchen. The views from the balcony are stunning! We went to the beach a lot to fish and/or play and simply had a great time. Best of all, Kristi was an attentive owner that seemed to genuinely care that we were comfortable and having a great time. We definitely plan to come back.

This condominium was professionally decorated and well equipped with all the amenities a serious vacationer would appreciate including custom motorized window treatments, in-unit laundry as well as makeup mirrors so the ladies can pack lite. The living and dining areas were very accommodating, furnished for comfort, style and entertainment. Available internet, Direct TV and surround sound is available for your viewing pleasure. Relax in upscale outdoor furniture while watching stunning sunsets on a large wrap around balcony. You’re on the beach so access is convenient with beach chairs, coolers etc. all furnished. The only thing missing is you and the memories you will create. Enjoy your stay, we sure did. 🌞

The View

From this top floor, gulf front condo, you can see forever. The wrap around deck offers views of the inner coastal as well. The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. The communication with the owner was positive and thorough. We had a wonderful time.
