Frustrating vacation

Egan with a phone call before we were at the property saying the dishwasher was broke and did they want us to fix it while we were on vacation or wait until we left the point of vacation is to not have to deal with things like that so we opted for them to do repairs after we left When we arrived at the home interior seemed clean with the exception of one bedroom. Someone had slept on that bed and it was never laundered and taken care of the pool was green. The screen enclosure around the pool had panels ripped out the door to the enclosure did not close so we were eaten by mosquitoes Wasps while we played in the pool, I spent my first couple of days of vacation maintaining their property with constant communication to let them know the pump for the pool wasn't even on. Very disappointed in this particular property whether it is the management teams fault or the homeowners I don't know. Doesn't really matter pretty much ruined our vacation .

Very clean and accessible to many but private

Great accommodation, just a bit close to neighbour's but they were nice too. Property manager was spot on and timely replies and stayed touch through the stay. Clear check in and check out instructions, spacious Property and has all basic amenities

The place and rental company was well accommodating. Addressing any issues with them was excellent, quick replies. Just could use a little TLC which you would expect from people using the house over time.

Vacation 2023

We stayed at two different locations for this trip and this house was by far the best. The communication with property manager was very prompt. The location of the house is perfect distance to beaches and dining. Overall the house was very clean and accommodating. Only concern was a neighbor that was lighting smoke bombs intentionally while we were swimming and one bathroom had slow draining to tub and sink. Other than that, great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean and spacious. It was close to the beaches. Any issues we had we got quick responses and resolution. I saw other comments about not having any hot water if multiple people showered, but we didn't have that problem.Overall, it was a very lovely home.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed 4th of July week so we were pleasantly happy that we stayed here. We were out of the crowd. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beaches are very close and not overly crowded. We had our own private pool which was a big plus for us and two teenagers. The house is about 10 to 15 minutes away from Clearwater if you enjoy the crowds. I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay!

Nice and comfy stay!

The house was the perfect size for our family of 5! Plenty of room to spread out as well as come together to play some ping pong or take a dip in the pool! The kitchen was fully furnished and had nice upgraded appliances. Our only complaint would be the lack of hot water for showers to be taken back to back. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Girls getaway.

The property suited the 6 of us very well. Close proximity to airports, restaurants, shopping and activities. The pool was warm enough for swimming and we appreciated the essentials being provided. We were a little lacking in hot water for showers and they might think about adding some door mirrors as the only ones were small in the bathrooms. Overall experience was good and would consider renting here again.

Rental is in a great location near the beach, nice local restaurants, and a beautiful nature preserve down the road with wildlife. The rental has more than what you need to prepare meals and the BBQ is a great size for big groups. The pool was refreshing and had some nice extras for the kids. Overall nice rental!

Good getaway

The property and communication with the owners exceeded expectations. Clean, welcoming, and very spacious to accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this space to anyone wanting to vacation near the Largo area.
