The young man who checked us in was very kind. He seemed to do a good job. Unfortunately, when we went to open the door to our room, a man yelled from inside, “Hey!” The room we were given already had another patron staying in it!!! We went to the front desk, informed the young man and he offered us the room right next door. No way! We were NOT going to have the same thing happen to us!!! We left the hotel, and went to a hotel next door. Just wish we could have gotten a refund! Poor management! I had called earlier in the day and informed them we would be checking in late and she assured us that would not be a problem. Wow, was she wrong!!!

Nice place to stay at a reasonable price!

Stayed for two nights. Pool area looked inviting but we did not use. Breakfast area was very comfortable and food was typical but fresh and plentiful. Room was clean but the bathroom could use some updating. It looked like the shower was updated but the walls and floor needed work. All in all it was a very comfortable stay and the staff was efficient and friendly.

Horrible customer service. Additional education requirements for staff required when servicing ADA accommodation. My husband and I both have service dogs, not ESA. First we were told they were" ESA". When I corrected her we were told they "couldn't be" because we have 2. Also decided to charge an extra unauthorized $50. Management definitely needs to do a better job with their staff.

The airport shuttle should be available for any flight. It was the main reason why I stayed, but couldn’t use the service. Other than that, the staff was kind, helpful, fast and if you are looking for a place to stay in a reliable, affordable and with that vintage road hotel aesthetic and vibes then is the perfect place for ya. Felt like a Supernatural episode on the road with dem black coffee, cigarettes and ye old school rock and roll hahaha. Peace and thank you for providing a space to rest.

The room was very dark with the lighting essentially bulbs the size of night lights you put in the hallway. Hotel looks very old and tired inside and out. Blow dryer was not working. I called the front desk to advise about it and was shocked when she she said "noone uses blow dryers anymore. Lol. Only good qualities would be it was in a descent area and bed was comfortable. Not much else.
