The house was was well furnished. There were some issue. The shower in the master bath took a very strong pull to turn it on, my wife was not able to turn it on. The edges on the handle were sharp and you needed to use the wash cloth so you wouldn’t cut your hand. The soup dish mounted in the other bathrooms tub was cracked and had sharp edges. The pool robot wire casings was frayed. We were nervous using the pool. Pool floor needed to be vacuumed

Nice house and pool in accessible neigborhood

The house was clean and well taken care of, the kitchen well stocked. Property manager was responsive to any questions. Pool was nice but used it only once since it was very cold, cloudy and rainy most of that week. But that is no reflection on this place. The pool was solar heated which would have worked well if it had not been in the 40s and 50s!

The house was a great space to work with lots of areas to spread out but open enough for presentations. Close to downtown Palm Harbor with lots of restaurant options.
