Such a great stay for 3 nights. Jon was very prompt with communications. The home had everything and was exceptional. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with everything within a couple miles. Beach access was 2miles away which made it super convenient.

Great little house with an even better back yard

Our family of 7 (2 Grandparents, 2 Parents and 3 Children 10, 7 & 4) stayed here in June 2025. We enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs. We did have problems with the dishwasher and water pressure, but the host was great with communicating and helping address the problems. The house was spacious enough for us and we loved the screened in lanai and pool area. The shed was also stocked for everything we needed for a fun beach day! We wish this house was closer to the beach and didn’t realize quite how far it was when we booked the house. Parking is a little bit hard to find and is expensive along the beach.

Coming back next summer

The house was awesome, owners were easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. The house was perfect for our family kids spent every night playing in the pool. Neighborhood was safe kept up with. Will be coming back next summer!

Good time

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was large enough for our group of 9. The pool was great for coming back after the beach and the shed was filled with beach chairs, wagon, and boogie boards. We loved the porch at night as it was a great place to hang out. We had some issues with the dishwasher while staying and Jon responded immediately. We found the beds to Be somewhat hard but overall the house was great.

Bad experience

The house was spacious enough for us ,but we didn’t like the neighborhood because the cops were called on us twice for having music playing at 5 pm and the policy said we could have music playing until 9 pm (the music wasn’t too loud either). As well as when we arrived we saw the pool dirty with a bunch of leaves, and not enough cleaning supplies. I honestly don’t recommend this house nor will I rent it again.
