Dolphin Views & Beach Bliss

We had a fantastic stay at this Clearwater condo! The highlight was definitely the incredible view of the bay—we spotted dolphins almost every day from the balcony, which was such a treat. The location was perfect: just a quick 10-minute walk to the main beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby.The condo itself was spotless, with clean and comfortable furniture and beds that made it easy to relax. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided—it made our beach days so much easier. A nice surprise was finding cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch!Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Dolphin Cove Stay

Property was immaculate, spacious and well-stocked with kitchen equipment, etc. Balcony was nice to sit in mornings and evenings. Proximity to beach was perfect - almost exactly half mile walk - away from the traffic and a quiet property. Beach is pristine with white soft sand.

Absolutely loved the condo for my family. Plenty of room, super clean, great view, has all the cooking utensils needed. BBQ that works great. We got to see dolphins swim by in the mornings. It is right next to a police station so you cannot get any safer than that. About a 10min walk to the beach; my three kids, husband and I did it twice a day. But you can also go right over the bridge to the beach by car and pay for parking for 5$ for the day (you can come and go as you please).

Great location with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Pier 60 was a short 15min walk. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. From the balcony we watched dolphins swimming every day. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!

Great condo with perfect location

We stay in this building every year. It is a great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and even putt putt. It is is in a quite area so perfect for a group of adults. The condos have a big balcony overlooking the pool and inland waterway. The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated.

Great condo with great amenities! Right on the intercostal in the quiet part of Clearwater Beach away from the crowds and tourist traps. We would drive across the intercostal to Sand Key beach and use the beach there, not as crowded. Right next to the police station is a plus for safety!

If you don’t like renters then vote to not allow them

I stay in vacation rentals 3-4 times per year. This one you can tell that some people in the condo own or live there and don’t enjoy having short term renters. This was evident within the first 5 minutes when we were told the rules of the property by the neighbor and board president. Not very welcoming. Won’t be back.

Loved it, will stay again!

We loved the fully furnished interior decorated apartment, convenient location , calm waterfront views, cleanliness of kitchen & bathrooms was spotless, bedrooms had fresh sheets , the convenience details of hand sanitizer , dishwasher & laundry soap, free usage of beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for kids. It was a luxury home away from home :). We were there for 5 nights and have no complaints . We also used the pool and loved the fact that we were next to the Clearwater police department , can’t be safer! The security codes at the elevator and front door also eliminated use of physical keys. The garbage chute is also another convenience! :)

Great condo and view!

My husband and our two adult boys really enjoyed this unit! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the bay watching the boats come through and the dolphin swim. This location offered a peaceful setting on the Bay and a short walk to the beach which Was quite busy as we stayed the week after Christmas. We had a small issue with the code not working but Vacasa addressed it fairly quickly. All in all wonderful condo an excellent location for us.

We had no problems finding the VRBO. The place was well furnished and very clean. My husband enjoyed the view. We were close to the police station for protection. The only problem we had was wifi and how to operate the stove burners. it took us 4- 5 hours to figure out how it works. I had called the number from Vacasa and the representative couldn't help....But its frustrating in the beginning but we were able to get through. This place is really beautiful.. Nice view!

Really nice condo, great layout for our family of 5. Fantastic views of inland waterway with sights of dolphins every day. Lots of time spent out on the balcony taking in sunrise, boat traffic and sunsets. The beach is a walkable distance away even carrying a beach chair, umbrella and light cooler. Plenty of great options for nearby restaurants and bars. We'd stay here again and again!
