The condo is amazing. Great views of sunset. Beds were all comfortable, including the pillows. My one Major issue was the construction taking place, which they donât tell you until After you have paid. The jackhammers, and I do mean actual jackhammers, start at 8 am and continue until 4 pm. If anyone in your party needs to sleep during the day they are tough out of luck. We had 3-4 construction workers on our luxurious balcony drilling in metal slats into the concrete. Dust and debris from the work filled the afternoon. I personally think it is criminal to rent out rooms while this level of construction is taking place. The rusty nail I stepped on, in the pool, was not a welcome experience. The owner Kurt is very responsive but other than an apology about all the noise, debris, constant alarms in lobby, fire alarm going off, the one incredibly slow elevator, there wasnât much he could or would do. Iâve included photos of the workers on balcony, jackhammer, and rusty nail. If it wasnât for everything going on around the condo Iâd surely recommend staying here. Youâll be asked to sign a renters agreement after you pay, so make sure to ask for update on all the work. Greed certainly won over any type of enjoyment that was found. Worst experience ever!
