The home was lovely however the location has quite a bit of construction going on which starts early in the morning and continues throughout the day. Additionally the mattresses could use replacement. As to Lighthouse Management which manages the property, we found them very unresponsive and not forthright regarding issues in the house, We were not informed that there was no functioning oven until we were ready to put what we planned on cooking into the stove. That's when we discovered that the oven was broken. When we contacted Lighthouse to inform them that we had an issue, they told us that they had known about it, had ordered a new oven which was on back order. If this had been told to us in the beginning we would have worked around the issue instead of discovering it when we wanted to use it. There is also a high degree of inflexibility in the check out time. Our flight time was changed back by four hours, I tried contacting the management 3 days ahead of checkout, left messages, never got a call back and when I finally got through to them, they held firm on a 10:00 am checkout. Noon is typically the normal timeframe. It left us with a cranky four year to entertain for 2 hours instead of using the pool. I would not recommend Lighthouse Management and the location of this house.
