Welcome to Island Townhouse - Turtle Cove!

Location is everything - only 4/10 of mile to the beach and 1 mile to the main pier, lighthouse and village area - one of the best spots to be in on the south end of Saint Simons.

The first floor is very welcoming, clean and nicely updated. The kitchen is well-equipped for it's size and the dining area has comfortable seating for 6. The living room has a large wall-mounted TV. You will fall in love with the back patio - perfect spot for coffee in the mornings or cocktails in the evening.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom has queen bedding. The guest or second bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat panel Smart TV's.

Community amenities: Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, Cornhole

Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin-laundry facility on the property.

Lovely condo

They have done a great job on upgrading these older condos. The back deck is a definite bonus. Thank you for the use of sand toys. And my five year old Granddaughter loved the mermaid cups and pink spoon and fork. We left you a ceramic red crab dish for dips as a thank you.

Great spot for a getaway.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. The pool area was nice. Good distance for beach and the village. Had everything we needed. Parking a second vehicle can be difficult if parking fills up, but one spot is reserved for the unit. Place was very clean.
