Beautiful views, extremely pleasant flow for living and eating. Porches are wonderful, furniture is very comfortable. High-end appliances. When you first walk into this townhome, you feel a sense of roomy, luxurious living. It is a sturdy building with first-class appointments. On top of all this, the location is on the 18th green, steps away from the Sea Palms restaurant and pro shop. Sea Palms community itself is one of the finest and most beautiful you can find. We took walks daily along the quiet streets, among the grand overhanging live oak trees and wonderful spring fragrances of Azalea bloom, orange blossom, ocean breeze, warm pine, jasmine, earthy oak/moss. It's a mix you may not find anywhere else â floral but not heavy, fresh but not sharp, and always layered with that unmistakable coastal air.Several excellent restaurants are minutes away. Included are The Red Barn (excellent steaks), Delaney's, La Plancha (Mexican), Brogen's North, and Tramici's (Italian). The beaches, pier and downtown are just 10-15 minutes away. Close enough for easy commute, and far enough removed from the hustle and bustle to nurture a stress-free, peaceful, relaxing feel to your living experience.The owner, Bob is a warm, friendly, accommodating host. He kept in touch with us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying all. With all said, I still haven't fully expressed how wonderful this townhome and its owner have been for us. You will have a flawless, 1st class experience
