Hotel was very difficult to find for us. No elevator and steep stairs to get to rooms. Hotel is showing quite a bit of wear but it is close to the airport and all staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and I had an excellent salmon. Breakfast is included but restaurant style with few choices although we were fine with it.

What a wonderfully, quaint hotel! The staff is amazing. They were helpful and extremely courteous. The rooms are showing their age but they are spotless. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking and shopping. We dined at the hotel and had a wonderful meal. I can’t say enough good things to say about our stay at Bunker Hill hotel in St Thomas.

Everything was great with the hotel and staff was very friendly. My only complaints is that parking is limited and mainly on the narrow street where cars come flying down which is unsafe and scary when you are trying to load/unload babies/children into the car. There was I believe another hotel or maybe bar outside our room window and you could hear loud music being played late at night after 10pm

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were so great. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the pool area was very pretty. Our room was clean, but had a couple of things - the door handle to the patio was missing a screw (still openable) and the shower dripped a bit. Honestly, would stay here again despite those things because it was the right price point and felt very safe and comfortable.

The staff was really great and the breakfast was always good but there are no substitutions unless you want to pay $4, the only thing that I did not enjoy was having to take a cold shower everyday and the water running completely out while you're in the midst taking a shower and the pressure was so low you had to make sure you had your own water to brush your teeth into actually wash your face in the sink.
