We liked being a little away from the city; but it was still close enough to get anything we needed or to pop into town for shopping. The property itself was beautiful and the views were amazing!

Beautiful stay

Very comfortable, clean villa with a great view, helpful guide to the area. There is a steep narrow road leading to the property, if you take your time it is fine. I would recommend it.

Everything about this place is fantastic. Great communication with the owner. He provided a great amount of details about the islanders. The photos online are completely accurate. The view is awesome. Sunrise is great and the setting sun highlights the island across the way beautifully. Trade winds blow gently all day providing a relaxed feeling and respite from the warm sun. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Grill worked great. We would definitely come back here. We actually started talking about that on our last day, as we sat on the shore of Magen’s Bay sipping Frozen drinks. Pool (although a bit cool in Late Feb) was a nice offering. Got in twice to cool off a bit. Heed the owners advice, you definitely need a 4-WD vehicle to get there (and honestly, many cool places on the island). Restaurant advice: Try Oceana in Frenchtown (maybe 20 minutes away). Tremendous food, services and views, esp around sunset.

Great property and location

We really enjoyed our stay at Caret Bay. The house was well appointed. The views are beautiful and the sounds of ocean were very relaxing. The additional items like the camping chairs and cooler were especially handy for trips to the beaches.

Amazing

We had an amazing stay at this property! The views were absolutely stunning, and the pool was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The home was beautifully decorated, with every room feeling stylish yet comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

Best Villa in STT!

We had the best stay at Alan’s villa in Caret Bay. The villa is located on a quiet private part of the island which we appreciated. The villa was stocked with anything you could possible need in terms of beach toys, kitchen gadgets, and plenty of linens. The guest binder is on point with tons of info and solid recommendations. We absolutely loved our stay here and plan on returning.

Everything was nice, we had a issue with the pool. But it was fixed in a timely manner. We had a wonderful time, and really enjoyed St Thomas and enjoyed taking the ferry over to St John’s. The beaches and the food were outstanding.

The property and owner are fantastic! Communication was fast and easy for any questions or concerns. I think one of the best things was the guide we were given by the owner that made us feel like locals in a place we'd never been. He guided us to the best beaches, food and activities to top off the time we weren't enjoying the magnificent views from the Villa. Highly recommended!

Incredible Views!!!

The villa was awesome and the views are incredible. All of the rooms were well appointed, clean, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The pool was a little chilly at the time when we stayed (February). The drive to the property is challenging but totally worth it. The owner was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful with tips for our time on the island. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Home with Perfect View

We stayed here on our anniversary trip for 7 days and to call it paradise is an understatement. Very clean and well maintained. We could have just sat on that deck and enjoyed the view forever. House had everything you need for exploring the beaches in the area with chairs, coolers, and snorkel equipment which is a must do while you are here. This is the first review I have ever left because we were just amazed how beautiful this property truly is. Would definitely recommend for a trip to St Thomas.

Beautiful place

The house was absolutely beautiful, with great views, clean and a great and safe neighborhood. We loved the house! The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer to help with laundry overload when we got home
 There is a laundry mat in town, but we didn’t want to waste time going to one considering our time there was cut short from flight issues already. We stayed 4 nights it was supposed to be 5.

Perfect Place to Unwind

The villa is beautiful. We spent most of our time with the doors open and screens pulled over to keep bugs out. It was very calming listening to the ocean and we had a nice breeze coming in which was also great. Definitely watch the you tube video before you go. It is not an easy trek to get up to the villa but it is absolutely worth it.

Perfect get away

The property was very nice and well appointed! The property owner also communicated very well. He was very upfront about the property requiring a jeep to reach it. He was not kidding! However we still had no problem venturing out and there was a grocery store nearby. Beds were comfy and the living area was relaxing. We would return!

Vacation in Paradise!

We couldn’t have been more pleased! Alan was a wonderful host and the property was exactly as described! The villa was spacious and clean with magnificent views! We didn't want to leave. We even met the neighbors who have a retail store downtown with beautiful merchandise. They referred us to a wonderful dining establishment. If you’re looking for a remarkable villa with views that don’t disappoint, this is the place to book! We hope to be back soon! Glimpse of Paradise

We had an unforgettable vacation at Morning Glory Villa. The views were second to none! It was very peaceful and serene. Our host Alan made sure we had everything we needed and more for a comfortable & incredible stay. If we had any questions, Alan answered them straight away. The suggestions for activities were just what we wanted to experience the nightlife and marine life. It was also a pleasure just to hang out at the villa and take in all the beauty and relax by the pool with a few good books. We have told our friends about this terrific villa and hope to visit again. Thank you for all your hospitality <3

13 Morning Glory 2023

The property is well maintained and equipped. The host (Alan) is as good a host as you will ever have. The house water pressure is weak, but workable however the views and the quiet, secluded, gated community is ideal for a relaxing stay. Hull Bay is a fantastic nearby beach and easily accessible. Don't miss the Fish Bar in the same area for terrific food, ambiance, and local vibes. Also the Soap Opera laundry at the bottom of the hill on the west side is very reasonable for drop off fluff and fold service if you are staying for any length of time.
