As a returning guest to this property, we had an amazing experience as expected!!! The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and the condo was very easy to access. At the onset of our trip, we had noticed the beach chairs and cooler had outlived their use. We messaged the owner and brand new chairs promptly arrived the same day and the cooler on the next morning. We were greatly appreciative of such quick action so that we could have a better beach experience. Overall, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great vacation as well as an excellent ice maker!!! The location of this condo is perfect for getting around the east end/Red Hook area of St. Thomas. We will definitely stay here for years to come on our visits to St. Thomas!!!

Ocean view was beautiful. Clean and appeared as listed. We did lose power every night for several hours. This is happens on st Thomas and something the host doesn’t have control over but is something to be aware of. Also the walk to the beach is doable but it is down steep inclines/rough roads about 7 minutes (tough for my mother with a bad knee). Access to two pools and a great bar called Sudis but note that it is not part of Saphire beach resort. Can still use the Saphire beach bar but not their pools or chairs on the beach. Host was easy to contact and the check in/out process was easy. Also came with beach equipment and chairs which was great to have.

We had a great experience at this condo - it was clean and nice and had everything we needed. It’s next to one of the pools, close to the beach and places to eat as well. Our host was a thoughtful communicator and we will definitely be back!

Perfect! Gorgeous! Location! View! What an amazing stay we had at Villa Rosa! Denis, the host was awesome! The condo is in the best location. It was clean, view can not be described. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back. The beaches are amazing. All the food at Sapphire Beach was great. I will be back! 💙

The condo was perfect for my little family. My son slept on the pull out and said he slept so good and was so comfortable. Location was perfecttttt! The view was so nice to wake up to. Sapphire beach was beautiful! The condo is just half a mile away from Red Hook so the grocery store and restaurants are so close! As was the ferry to St. John. If we go back to St. Thomas we would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo!

Condo was in a great location, close to Red Hook and the Ferry to St John. Sapphire beach was a short walk away. There are restaurants and pools. The condo has beautiful views. Would definately stay here again! Denis was easily accessible for any questions we had.

This unit Is actually nicer in person than the photos show, Great location, extremely clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need to have a great vacation The communication from start to finish was spectacular. Great view, close to both pools and Sudis restaurant.

Villa Rosa perfect location

We had an incredible stay at Villa Rosa in St. Thomas! The accommodations were absolutely fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host went above and beyond, recommending amazing local restaurants that we loved and even helping us with any special requests. A Piece of Paradise

This condo is exactly as advertised. Beautiful views- Sapphire beach is about a 5 minute walk (be ready for hills) and Sudi's on property is a must with the BEST 10 breakfast, unlimited mimosas-really all the food is great and the owners are right there ensuring you're time there is exceptional. The pools are clean and there's a nice mix of vacationers but also what was an unexpected surprise was the number of people who live there long(er) term year round from "the States". They taught us all the helpful tricks to getting around the island, what to do, etc. This place embodies the island life and island time. Thanks Dennis for answering the couple of questions we had-we can't wait to come back!!

My Second Home Away from Home

My son and I always looks forward to our stay at Villa Rosa. We can't imagine staying any place else. The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.THe location is perfect to the little cafe down the hill and the beach. The owners are always quick to respond to any questions.

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise

A close friend and I stayed at Villa Rosa and we had an amazing visit to St. Thomas!!! The location and views on the east end of the island were perfect for our trip and everything you need is within close proximity. The condo itself was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The pictures of the condo were accurate which was greatly appreciated. The owner responded quickly to ensure our questions were answered and also confirmed we had transportation plans when first arriving at the airport to get to the condo. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Rosa and its highly likely that i will return again in the future!!!

Five stars in paradise

I wanted to amend my prior review a bit after communicating further with the property manager once we had checked out. Please be aware that this owner is EXTREMELY particular about the items in the condo and will demand exact replacements in the event something is lost or damaged. We misplaced a beach towel and replaced it with one of a different color prior to checking out. I was told this wasn’t acceptable and needed to have the exact towel shipped to the condo from Amazon. We also broke a wine glass while staying. I completely owned up to this and agreed to any cost to replace the glass. The owner again insisted the glass needed to be the EXACT Mikasa glass that was broken. I went so far as to find a replacement on eBay but was told he would only accept items via Amazon Prime. As a result, the owner stated because Amazon didn’t have this exact glass (keep in my I broke ONE glass from an incomplete set of three) that I would need to pay to ship a whole new set of Mikasa wine glasses. I had no choice but to relent to this but do feel a bit taken advantage of given that I had to pay $75 for a cheap towel and wine glass. Just keep a close eye on all the items here so you don’t get strong-armed into buying the owner a new set of something.

My boyfriend and I just stayed at villa rosa and we absolutely loved it! The location was amazing and it was very easy getting into red hook! We would absolutely recommend staying here. It’s very clean, safe and a short walk to the gorgeous beach! It also has the most stunning views of the ocean and mountains. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Stay!!

We very much enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave. The location was perfect, we enjoyed time at the pool which was not busy and was relaxing. Sapphire Beach was just a short walk and enjoyed a scroll in the mornings. The Condo had mainly everything we needed. The welcome basket was very nice and appreciated. We also enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and cooler. The view from the condo was beautiful and enjoyed morning coffee as the sun came up. We missed having a dryer to at least dry beach towels but we made do. Thank you so much for the hospitality and allowing us to stay, we look forward to the next time.

Nicely furnished and CLEAN

This condo is on the quiet end of St. Thomas near Red Hook. We were happy to escape the crowds and traffic in Charlotte Amalie. Stop at the Fruit Bowl for fresh fruit b4 leaving town. The kitchen is small, but well appointed. The other rooms were larger and very nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable and communication with the owner was excellent. As you pull into the property and approach the gate, there is a map on the left side of the road showing the location of each building - we didn’t see the sign and toured the whole property b4 stumbling upon our building.

Lovely Condo in Sapphire Bay Village

We really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Village. The building is not much to look at from the back side - but the condo is lovely. The space is nice with a dining table and a comfortable couch and chairs. The king bed was also comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are small but sufficient. The balcony has a lovely ocean view that never got old. There are two small pools. There is a steep drive up to the building and a flight of stairs down to the unit, so, while not an issue for us, it could be a problem for people with mobility challenges. There is a bar/restaurant (Sudi's) just down the hill in the development (close) with the usual bar food. With a slightly longer walk out of the Villages and down another hill to Sapphire Bay beach, you can reach the Beach Bar, which is fun. The fish tacos there are better than Sudi's IMO. There is also a fine dining restaurant there but we did not partake. Sapphire Bay beach is beautiful! The little "town" of RedHook is a 10-15 minute walk. The sidewalk only goes half-way out of RedHook, so you have to walk on the side of the road. You can manage to stay off the road - we did - but it is narrow with a lot of traffic, so some might not be comfortable. There is a golf-cart shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villages on some schedule (?) that will take you down to RedHook where there are restaurants, shops, a nice Market and the ferry to St John - which is a MUST do. The host was very communicative. It was a fun stay!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Rosa at Sapphire Village. Sapphire Beach is amazing. Love the marina, beach bar/restaurants and coffee shop all in walking distance. The Barbados building was a little steep to be walking up and down the hills as it was hard on our knees, but we were grateful for the exercise, too. I enjoyed the 2 pools, and the view every morning from the balcony. I loved hanging at Sudi’s for happy hour or a bite to eat! The food was very good! Denis was fantastic to work with and always available for questions. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks too. I give it 4-stars because of no dishwasher or laundry in the unit. We did use the laundry on site and I was grateful for that. My only other disappointment was the bed is very high to get in and out of, and it was very creaky/noisy when moving around, but it was comfortable sleeping overall. I would consider staying at Villa Rosa again.

Will definitely be back!

Convenient location close to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch in. 5 min taxi ride to red hook where there are many restaurants as well as the ferry to St. John and grocery store. We picked a new restaurant everynight and were never disappointed. Denis was super friendly/helpful offering tips and including a binder with a ton of useful information. We will definitely be back.

Our Home away from Home

I was VERY please with this condo. It was exactly what the pictures showed. My son and I was very comfortable in the space, and the apartment had everything you can possible need. The host had a welcome basket with little snacks and cold beverages in the fridge which was very much appreciated. This condo is perfectly situated near everything you would need. Red Hook is 5 minute drive away and there is Sudi's restaurant within walking distance. I Highly Recommend this condo and would stay there again.
