The room was ok but the walk to get there from the only set of elevators was quite a long one, especially carrying bags. It also doesn't help when the fire alarm goes off at 12:30am! There were no instructions or updates from hotel staff about what was going on or what to do. Didn't get much sleep that night.

The room was extremely cold, I’m not understanding why the heat is being controlled by the front desk while a guest is occupying the room; also it would be great to have microwaves in the room it’s very inconvenient to leave your room just to warm up food

We were checked in to the room and only found out after making our way to the 3rd floor. We then had to go back to the elevator with our luggage and wait in line to get the correct room and then go BACK to the 3rd floor and find our room. The numbering system on this floor.is wack and we had to walk a pretty long way from the elevator to our room
