Vous allez adorer cette toute nouvelle maison de vacances construite sur mesure de 4 000 pieds carrés, qui se trouve sur un terrain avec vue sur un lac et un parc forestier tout autour. Les vues sont de tous les cÎtés de la maison et sont vraiment à couper le souffle. La maison est juste au coin de la cÎte Nevada de la station de ski Heavenly Valley et à seulement 5 minutes en haut des casinos passionnants de South Lake Tahoe. Un restaurant gastronomique 'The Chart House est également situé à mi-chemin en bas de la colline avant les casinos pour cette occasion spéciale ou simplement pour une détente décontractée. Cette maison a tout! Un grand salon est ouvert sur une cuisine gastronomique. Ce grand espace de divertissement avait également une table de billard, un grand foyer à bois et un centre de divertissement avec cùble numérique, son surround et lecteur DVD. La maison est également équipée d'un accÚs Internet haut débit sans fil. Vous apprécierez vraiment les ponts enveloppants surdimensionnés de la zone de divertissement principale et de la chambre principale qui ont toutes deux une vue sur le lac.

Dans la chambre principale se trouve son propre chemin avec sa propre cheminée, une baignoire spa, un centre de divertissement et sa propre terrasse privée. Il y a une autre terrasse isolée avec une grande baignoire jacuzzi et une vue magnifique sur la colline et les lumiÚres nocturnes et un endroit agréable pour se détendre aprÚs une journée de ski ou de randonnée pittoresque. Le sous-sol extra large est un endroit idéal pour les enfants pour une escapade et / ou des invités supplémentaires. Il ressemble à son propre appartement. This might be the most amazing property we’ve ever stayed at. The views, the hot tub, the floors each feel like their own homes, the suite in the basement has everything all inclusive. The kitchen was beautifully stocked down to ziplocs. It was perfect.

We were there in early September. Great views, wonderful kitchen that was well stocked with all we needed. Beds were on the very firm side, and several were too high for shorter people, making them unsafe. Lots of stairs!

Excellently furnished and equipped. However there was only 1 kitchen towel!??Several things needing repair:1. 2nd floor back bathroom tub drain frozen2. 1st floor bathroom clogged sinks/not draining & shower head holder broken3. Master bathroom shower head clogged4. BBQ 2 baffles warped and not functioning properly5. kitchen sink drains very slowly6. kitchen refrig. not operating on arrival7. several light bulbs out8. basement bathroom drain clogged9. Level 3 futon flat mattress with no batteries to fill.All the above were pre-existing upon arrivalMostly plumbing issues. However overall it was wonderful and I'd love to book it again next August for our annual family reunion.Thank you

Family Gathering

This was a perfect gathering house to experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe with our children and grandchildren from around the country. We loved the views of the lake and trees from all of the windows. The pool table was a hit and the main floor was a great gathering space for our large group. The kitchen had everything anyone could need for cooking. The beds were great and even the towels were luxurious. The hot tub was another added bonus to soothe tired muscles after hiking. Beautiful place.

Fabulous Stay!!

House was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation!! Living space and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. The living room and kitchen are on the top floor, so you definitely get your exercise in climbing stairs.

Wonderful family reunion—perfect location

The house is beautifully appointed—the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, and all the cooking gear you would need to enjoy a great feast with friends and family. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. The views from the house were incredible. We spent a great deal of time on the various porches or in the hot tub enjoying the picturesque scenery. The house is beautiful without feeling stuffy. Our kids felt very comfortable and at home. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond whenever we needed them. I highly recommend this property for your next stay in Tahoe!

Great, but could use some deep cleaning.

We had a group of nine stay for a week at this property. The place itself is grand and beautiful. We LOVED that there were so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is large and very well stocked. The hot tub was wonderful, and the numerous decks are great for meals and sunset watching.Our only complaints were the overall cleanliness of the property. There were some dishes in the cabinets with crusted on food. My sister found hair in one of the showers even though she was the first in our group to use it. The washing machine has some visible mildew on the rubber around the door opening. My husband and I were originally going to stay in the basement room, but we found a a good amount of what appeared to be mouse feces in several areas. On our last full day, my parents witnessed a chipmunk go into a speaker behind the television. They were able to remove the chipmunk to outside and cleaned out his nest. Perhaps the droppings in the basement were from chipmunks. The sheets and towels appeared very clean.Overall we LOVED the location and had a wonderful time. Communication with the owners was easy and they responded very quickly.

Amazing home and host!

Amazing

This is a beautiful place to stay. The surrounding scenery is amazing, and it is a short 5-10 minute drive to numerous trails and ski opportunities. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, the amenities are abundant and the kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances and cooking utensils. The cupboards are abundant with mugs, plates and glassware. There were 12 adults that stayed here and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The pool table was well used as was the hot tub and soaking/jacuzzi tub. The best part for me was the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe that I saw as I was busy in the kitchen!

Tahoe Family Trip 2025

Amazing Home with beautiful views of the lake and woods throughout every window! The kitchen is awesome and well stocked with everything you will need. The house is very spacious, we had ages from 0-65, our family loved it. We have been coming to Tahoe for the past 25 years and this year was over the top. The location to the ski resort was a plus for our family of 14. We will defiantly be back next year. Lots of stairs, but it was well worth it.

Our family of 14 enjoyed every minute of our stay at this property, the views were beautiful and the atmosphere of the cabin was warm & inviting. There are many stairs to get around but we could all use the exercise :) Communication with the owner was smooth & available for the entire time, we will absolutely book this place for our next Lake Tahoe trip.

The house was perfect for all our family to celebrate my 40th birthday together! There was plenty of space, the layout was great, amenities fantastic and super easy process. The Christmas tree was the best added touch and we had a weekend full of memories!

60th wedding anniversary family get together

Be prepared for stairs. Other than that the home is perfect. Beautiful rooms and beautiful views from every window. We had ages starting at 35 and four over the age of 75. Even the elderly said the stairs were worth it. No regrets.

Unbelievable !!!

This house is simply beautiful.. the views are breathtaking to say the least. There were 11 of us with plenty of room... note there are quite a bit if stairs ..if your decently in shape there are no issues! The house was clean and very comfy. Note there is a new sectional that was soooo comfy we absolutely loved it. If you are planning to cook the kitchen is well equipped.
