The staff was very pleasant. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Red Roof Inn. To start, the door to the room looked as though someone threw something on it, should have been a red flag. Now the room, we took pictures but I'm unable to upload them here, the wall had stains, (was told it was paint) but it was dirt, the blankets was stained as welled. The bathtub was filthy, now to make matters worse, there was little guess, ROACHES, yes roaches.

This was another decent property taken over by dot heads, who are not investing in the property at all, and are running it into the ground. My room was in the back. The back area of the hotel had hookers and drug dealers running around yelling. I parked in the front. Check in at 6PM was through bullet proof glass with a hostile dot head. Lobby door was locked. AC unit was broken and filty. Good thing, I didn't need to use it. Floor was broken in several places. TV remote control was broken. I booked a non-smoking room, but the room stank of cigarette smoke. That was the nicest stench in that room. On check in with dot head girl, I asked if there was breakfast in the lobby in the AM. She said no. I asked if there was a coffee pot in the room. She said no. I asked if there would be coffee in the lobby in the AM. She said yes. When I got to the lobby to check out in the AM, without having had coffee, the door to the lobby was locked. Dot head boy opened the lobby door. I asked for the coffee. He said the coffee maker was broken. I asked for a copy of the invoice. He said he wouldn't print one for me, because I can get it from Expedia. This was a horrible experience. I'm never booking a Red Roof again.

When I checked in after 2pm we went to the room, the door was open, room was not made up and smelled horrible. I went to the front desk they didn’t have another room with 2 beds so I just asked for a refund, I was told that I had to go through hotels.com to get it even though they canceled it at the hotel. I stayed there maybe 20 mins. Do not stay here very sketchy!!

One of the worse motels I have ever booked a stay. Very run down building that needs a major renovation or be torn down and rebuilt. We left and found another hotel.

This is a disgusting hotel, period! Stay away from this hotel. It felt very unsafe with shady people mulling around outside smoking weed, air conditioner and fridge leaked water everywhere. Room smelled awful and like mildew. Beds had stains and cigarette holes all over. The outlets did not work. The tub was absolutely gross. Hair, black slime was in tub and was cracked and peeling. No stopper in tub, but would never sit in it anyway. Water was orange coming out and faucet was rusty and barely hanging on. It was still over $100 a night and was the worst room I have ever been in.

Beyond awful

Travel constantly and have never had a room so bad. I didn’t even stay. Roaches. Bed dirty. Bathroom awful. Non smoking room clearly smoked in. Should be given a refund for sure. Do not stay here…if u do bring your own bedding.

Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. Roaches crawling on the walls. Was supposed to be non-smoking but the whole room smelt like an ashtray. There was cigarette ashes on a chair in the room as well as some questionable substance.

I refused to stay at this Red Roof Inn. The rooms were filthy and smelled awful. I did not feel safe as I had my wife & 15 year old daughter with me. Stay away from this location! I will be expecting a full refund from the property. The guy at the front desk didn’t act surprised or even ask questions when I told him I wanted a refund. It was almost as if he was surprised I stayed as long as I did. I was there long enough to unpack the truck and walk in to the room. The bathroom looked like a crime scene.

Wow was that the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Every hostel I’ve ever been in is a Ritz in comparison. They should be ashamed to offer these rooms. Stained linens, peeling walls, bugs, broken floors, bathrooms tubs so broken up you could cut your feet.
