.Light fixture fell from the celing when I closed the door.Notifed front desk the gentleman was really nice and showed concern. When Ireturned it was done. SECOND issue The unit wasnt working at all. Front desk the young lady had to come and mess around the breaker box. Until the unit came on.Came back later on to use the stove didnt work at all! Told front desk about the situation it was like ok.. Never said she was gonna have maintenance to come and check .So i didnt have my burner that I paid for and I was really looking forward to using!When I come in town I always book here so disappointed!

The room was not clean. Had to wipe down the headboard, table, and kitchen counter. Not sure what happened previously but something was splashed on the headboard and sticky stuff on the counter and table. Inclusive, I killed 5 roaches that were crawling on the wall, floor, and bathroom sink. Staff were friendly.

Hotel and room was clean and check in lady nice but the room itself was very bare, tv didn’t work, king bed with only 1 nightstand, no closet just small open rail, no counter in bathroom just small sink with nowhere to put anything, 2 towels nowhere close to being a bath towel and a hand shower not a fixed one and no shower gel or any lotions etc - pay the extra and go somewhere else

Looks old and the rusty fridge shows it. The furnishings are the bare minimum. Pillows as thin as wafers. One hand towel, two bath towels and two washcloths must be why they charge $10 for the second person in the room. No TV guides, 1 night stand and 1 trash can. Very overpriced

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were roaches, dead and alive. Where do I begin? First, the hallway smelled like smoke. When we walked into the room, it had an unpleasant smell. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the tissue holder was broken. I had to go to a store and buy some toilet paper. My son saw a live roach in the bathroom, and it scared him. My husband killed it, but my son was terrified the rest of the night. He was afraid to go to sleep. The bath towels and washcloths were paper-thin. The floor was super dirty and sticky. The refrigerator leaked inside. Water was sitting in it. The linen on the bed did not smell fresh. We did not sleep well at all. There was no one at the front desk last night, nor this morning that I could report all of this. I have never experienced not having someone working at the front desk. Also, the elevator inspection certificate expired in July 2023. We were so disappointed that we checked out around 9:00 A.M. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

No frills but comfortable

Simple clean room. Nice and welcoming staff. Fantastic for overnight stays to visit family or local events. Make sure you bring your own toiletries that you typically have at home from soap to hair dryer. It was a packed hotel this weekend so it was a little low on stock items like towels and toilet paper. While it was budget friendly, I won’t mind staying there again and will be better prepared the next time.

The room was quite disgusting. There was a stale smell upon first entering, smears/smudges on the headboards, dust bunnies and crumbs on the floor and worst of all, we saw roaches on the walls on our last day here. It’s a convenient location for a cheap/last minute find but you will definitely be getting what you pay for so keep expectations low.

The room was not cleaned well. Pieces of food left on kitchen counter, stains on the comforters, trash left behind, roaches, toilet was not clean, very thin walls, I could hear my neighbors perfectly.
