Staff was very friendly. The room itself was pretty clean except by the window where there were at least 5 dead flies. Breakfast was really good. The room with the pool was very cold inside with it being attached the the outside pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The beds were fine. We had issues with the toilet not flushing properly from when we checked in. As it goes for using the bathroom, the morning after checking in, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We called the front desk and asked for maintenance or plumbing to come fix it while we were out for the day. 12 hours later we get back, and the toilet still doesn’t work and no one came to fix it. We went down to the front desk to ask if someone could come and restated we called this in at 10am and it is after 10pm and we can’t use our toilet… We were met with defensive avoidance from Taesha at the front desk. We couldn’t change rooms because they were full but the only compensation we were offered was complimentary breakfast passes- which felt oxymoronic considering we could not properly use our bathroom for what comes after eating. She also only offered “compensation” to receive the points I should’ve received for originally booking. It felt like there was no compensation or appropriate accommodation for this matter. My fiancé spent the next 20mins doing his own tinkering and God knows what he had to do in there that required multiple washes and showers to get it to function. What should’ve been a fun adventurous and relaxing stay for our weekend, we were left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
