Pluses:
The room was big and had been redone with a new, good looking woodgrain tile floor. While there were minimal furnishings, there was a working refrigerator and microwave.
The beds were surprisingly comfortable although they consisted of a mattress on a platform that could be easily pushed off.
The bathroom appeared also recently done.
Water was hot, shower had good flow.
Overall the facility was quiet, with no major disturbances impinging on my room. In fact, it was the most quiet Motel 6 I have stayed at.
It was located on an undeveloped Interstate interchange, but all services were available one exit south.
Negatives:
Maid service was fractional. I spent 5 nights and the bed was never changed or even made up. Soiled towels were collected every day, but were sporadically replaced. I had to go to the front desk to get bath mats.
The floors were never even swept during my stay.
There was no slip-proof mat or other items in the bottom of the tub which was extremely slippery. The apparently new room floor tiles were also extremely slippery when wet. I purchased my own anti-slip mats for my stay.
