Not only was this home perfect for our group for our trip, but the service was wonderful. We really appreciated the texts leading up to and during our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. Additionally, the shuttle service was fantastic. They were quick to pick up, courteous, and even gave great recommendations around the Steamboat area. We will definitely be back!

Great Townhome!

The Blackhawk townhome was great, a few minute walk to the mountain base. All of the rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciate that the kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub on the top level was the best. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific Comfy Modern Home Near Slopes

We loved our stay here. The house is very modern and well equipped. Very comfy set-up, plenty of beds, and terrific hot-tub. Steamboat lifts are a short 5 minute walk away. We will be back,

Excellent experience

The Blackhawk 18 property was fantastic! Clean, nicely decorated, modern, and comfortable. The hot tub on the roof was a cool place to relax and downtown Steamboat, great restaurants, and the slopes were all close by. I'd highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a Steamboat vacation

Property as advertised. Plenty big for our family of 5. Ten minute walk to the mountain but the shuttle service was efficient and reliable. We used the shuttle to go everywhere, from town to the mountains.

Great ski weekend

Great property. Shuttle service was great and made this a good spot for the ski mountain. Only thing to know is there are four levels in this property. No problem for us but you have to be ok with stairs.

Would rent again! It was just the two of us but this home would work great for a large group! Complete package and perfect anniversary stay! Hot tub was perfect! Kitchen was set up well! Had everything we needed! Very private setting, yet close to town and all that Steamboat has to offer! Master bedroom was great! Awesome bed and linens! The robes were the perfect touch! Thank you!

We loved our stay in Blackhawk 18. Steamboat Springs Lodging Company was terrific: they were proactive and responsive, immediately answering all messages. Check-in could not have been easier and the unit was lovely. We loved the layout which provided much privacy and space for three couples while providing a great open area (living room and kitchen) for commingling. The unit was comfortably furnished with quite attractive furnishings and everything was in top shape. We also liked the location, close to the hiking trails at Steamboat Springs ski mountain and to great restaurants. It was also fairly close to the bike/walk trail along the river, which goes into Steamboat Springs. We had such a great time in Blackhawk 18, love the Steamboat Springs Lodging Company and intend to return.

We enjoyed everything about Blackhawk 18. It was perfect for 10 people. Rooms were great and we had everything we needed upon arrival. It is a 10 min walk to slopes. Shuttle is great to go around town. We have never stayed in a rental that had no issues 
this one had none! Our entire family enjoyed this trip and can't wait to come back. Thank y'all for making this trip one to remember. It was great to have a private hot tub at the end of the day as well !

Beautiful and relaxing

It is a beautiful property with nearly everything you could hope for. My one issue was no air conditioning. At the very least a portable unit would have helped during the extreme heatwave. Might be something to consider as a backup in case temps rise into the 90s again.

Best ski vacation ever

Condo is beautiful, modern and spacious walking distance to the gondola base. It is spread across 3 floors so some stairs but we didn’t mind that at all. Well equipped but I would suggest that the owners provide humidifiers (with functioning filters..our were not usable) as the air here is extremely dry. We recommend using Black Tie ski rental as they deliver to the house which was super convenient. The Strawberry Hot Springs are a must. Also Four Points Lodge up on the mountain was the best to stop for a drink. Overall best ski vacation ever for us and we cannot wait to come back.

Nice July stay with friends and family

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here for three nights and a long weekend in July, 2025. The unit was beautiful and perfect for us, five people. We had one couple in top Master (King), one person in 3rd floor queen, and two adult kids (both 6'7") in the kids room on 3rd floor. As the bottom beds were double beds and did not have foot boards, they were able to sleep fine. The place was beautiful and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. The TV and stereo were great. I have only positive things to say. You can walk to grocery store (Wild Plum) and some restaurants that were just fine. We thought we wanted to stay in town, but this was just fine. Room for one car in garage and one just in front. Only comments were a) AC would be nice in the kids room. There were units in the other two rooms, and b) the shades were very minimal and if you are not an early riser the sun comes in early in the morning. Otherwise a perfect stay and very much appreciated!

The property is very clean and modern. Great location to ski lifts and shuttle stop. Like the heated garage. Kitchen and dining nice with plenty of seating. Hot tub on top deck was a nice addition. Quiet. We did not like the four floors, seemed like always needing to run up stairs. No bathroom on the main floor. Could you more seating in family room area--only seating for 5 people. Bunk beds could be sturdier for older kids. Heat was very hard to regulate---always too hot even when thermostat set low. Also stairs are all wood and very slippery---have to wear shoes or really watch your step.
