Escape to Steamboat Springs and enjoy the mountain experience of Cortina. This high-end, mountain modern home (half of a duplex) allows you to relax while being only 1 mile to Steamboat Resort, restaurants, and bars. Large glass windows frame stunning views of the surrounding mountains and ski areas which can also be experienced from the private outdoor patio. You’ll enjoy the hardwood floors throughout, concrete countertops, stainless appliances (gas range), crisp cotton sheets, and incredibly comfortable Leesa mattresses in every bedroom. New and beautiful furnishings with unique local art are displayed for your enjoyment.

After your busy day, relax in the 6 person dry sauna or spend time in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 65” smart TV. The Loft bedroom has a bonus living space with a second smart TV. In addition, games, books, and toys are provided for your entertainment. The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight complete with Scanpan cookware, a KitchenAid mixer, spices/supplies, and ample storage.

All three bedrooms are located on the second level and closets have Container Store drawers to easily organize your belongings. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
1. King master with large en suite bathroom
2. King bedroom with walk-in closet
3. Loft bedroom with 1 Queen bed located on the primary level and 2 full beds located in the loft which are accessed by ladder
The full bath is shared by the King bedroom and Loft bedroom and has a large vanity, many hooks for towels, and a tub/shower. There’s a ½ bath located off of the kitchen on the first floor. For working remotely, desks and office chairs are located in the Master bedroom and Loft bedroom when workspaces are needed.

Your garage space is outfitted with ski and bike storage to help organize your outdoor toys. If you have more than 1 vehicle there’s ample room for parking outside the garage (up to 3 vehicles outside/possible trailer). Four-wheel drive is strongly encouraged in the winter to access the property and safely travel around Steamboat. Steamboat Resort is one of few resorts that provides FREE parking at Meadows Lot.

This home is offered as dog friendly with dog-loving owners, but only with advance approval for well-trained dogs and responsible dog owners (sorry, no cats). ***Please note at the time of booking if you'll be bringing a dog.*** Up to two dogs are allowed for a $50 nightly dog fee.

Great place - all the little details were taken care of!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The owners have thought of every little detail to make the stay warm, inviting, and comfortable. We did a small family gathering and it was perfect for that. Traci even notified me that we could check in early since the cleaning was done! Really loved this property and will re-book for our next trip to Steamboat if it's available!

Terrific place to stay!

This property has been updated beautifully, is well equipped in every way, is easy to access and in a great location. Wonderful views from every window and a quiet cozy interior make this a must stay. Owner has equipped kitchen and house very well. From a sauna to a grill to super clean bathrooms and comfy beds with wonderful fixtures throughout - our family enjoyed it all!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Greg & Traci’s home was beautifully updated and perfectly cozy for our family trip! They had an amazing set up for our dogs with a great walking trail nearby and even provided a kennel. Traci was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was great for us. We generally don’t stay in rentals but the whole process was very enjoyable. We didn’t realize there was no AC and didn’t think we’d need it in October but we had some near 80 degree days so it did get a little warm in there, something to note if you’re visiting in the summer, but they had several high power fans that really helped cool down the house. Overall 10/10 recommend!

Well appointed, quiet townhome

We had a great stay at this updated, well soon yes townhome. It was a quiet location, with a well stocked kitchen, games and lots of space. It was lovely to spend mornings and evenings on the back deck. Close the the base area and not far from town.

Beautiful Views and Accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay with a group of friends and our dog. Stunning views of the mountains and town and tons of sunlight through the high ceiling wall of windows. Thoughtful details throughout and very well stocked for cooking, baking etc. Even had an extra dog bed and bowls available for use to lighten our load while traveling. Would definitely return!
