We had a great time in Steamboat and the condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped for making group dinners and the location was fantastic. The hot tub and heated pool were also amazing. No notes, would definitely stay here again!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and comfortable, the kitchen, in particular, is very well equipped, parking is very convenient and the deck, overlooking the creek, had a big table and plenty of seating. The communication was terrific - very responsive and helpful. The location is central and it was easy to get anywhere easily. We highly recommend this property and would go back ourselves on another trip to Steamboat Springs.

The property wasn't very clean. Our feet were filthy from just walking around. Parking in the garage was difficult becase it was so tight, however, it was VERY convenient. No grill was a killer for us. The communal grill was disgusting so we ended up using the foreman grill inside. I thought this was much closer to the square but the walk was nice.

Great stay for a ski trip

My family of 6 adults stayed for a 5 day ski trip. There was plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms was great! Location was good. It is walkable to the base if you are not in ski boots. There is a shuttle that comes right out front every 15 minutes that will also take you to the base. This shuttle will not take you downtown so you either need to have your own car, take the city bus or arrange other transportation. The garage parking is very convenient. Our only complaint was that the fireplace was broken and waiting on a replacement part.

Dawson Family Ski Trip

Beautiful and convenient location facing the mountain resort. Each party has their own bathroom which was a plus. Very quiet. The kitchen was well supplied with lots of cutting boards, utensils, glasses, pots pans and well organized. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property, Minutes from Slopes and Resort!

We could not have been any happier with our stay! First, the condo is a very short walk from the ski lifts (5 minutes in full gear), and it's an even shorter walk to access transportation into Steamboat. You'd be hard-pressed to find a property any closer to the resort and all its activities. Next, the unit itself was absolutely wonderful. The main living area provides a great, flowing space for all guests to congregate comfortably and enjoy each other's company. The bedrooms are spread out enough to give everybody their own space, should they wish (two on a lower level, one off mid-level entryway). All of the finishes, appliances, and amenities are very nice and well-maintained. All of the "essentials" one would need for a stay were already provided, as well. When we had one small inquiry about an appliance, we had a response from the unit's owner almost immediately. You could tell that the owners really cared about their tenants' experience.Last, the unit provides easy access to all of the property's amenities. The parking garage is right outside of the unit's front door. A room with ski lockers is less than a minute away, and does not require going outside. The hot tub and heated pool are right off of the parking garage, and you only need to spend 30 seconds outside until you're soaking your sore ski muscles in the jacuzzi.I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a vacation in Steamboat. Absolutely fantastic!

Great Creekside Location

We absolutely loved our stay here! There are so many windows it feels like you’re in a treehouse, and the balcony is great for morning coffees and evening meals! And the secure indoor parking that is right by the condo was such a great bonus! We would definitely return here!

Overall good

Overall it was a nice property but needed maintenance. They charge a higher than average cleaning fee but the patio looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months! I cleaned the table myself and it took four paper towels with windex to get off the grime. The patio was full of dirty leaves and cobwebs and the grill was not cleaned from the last user. Inside the condo it was pretty clean although a very detailed person (me) would see the cobwebs under the counters. Also needs some maintenance, i.e. toaster didn't work, ice dispenser was broken but we managed to fix it, fan was not working in the largest bedroom. However it was a very nice property with nice creek views.

Spacious condo minutes from the resort

Very spacious and well appointed condo. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. It is about a 300 yard walk to the lift which wasn’t bad for adults but a little tough for younger kids. Shuttle comes about every 20-30 min. Hot tub and pool are a short walk. Would definitely come back again.

Well equipped and located condo

The positives: well equipped with lots of starter supplies; coffee filters, spices, shampoo, paper supplies, etc. Good wifi, tv’s, kitchen appliances. Location close to lifts and local bus. Amenities include ski locker, pool, hot tub, parking garage, grill. Communication with property management was timely and thorough. What could be better: HOA pickup of garbage was after bins were overflowing in the garage.

Winter Fun

Location, location, location! Not only convientently located to base of Steamboat but just a short 5 minute walk. Heated indoor parking a big plus in the winter. Especially after the fresh foot of snow. Condo was clean and up to date. And quiet. Will definately stay again.

Property has great location however multiple maintenance issues exist. Also property was not clean including blood stains, food under couch, used vape pipes under bed and dining room floor, etc
. Would not take much for owner to bring property back up if they would send in maintenance crew and perform deep clean

Perfect spot for our family

We came to Steamboat for the Literary Sojourn (which was awesome) and also spent some time walking, downtown-ing, and hot-springing :) The girls (young teens) enjoyed the pool and the walkways up to the ski area. Loved hearing the brook all day! Our only hiccups were not having more than one parking space and a little bit of confusion in finding the right door out of the garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

First visit to steamboat springs

This is a very nice property and location. There were some logistical issues around timeliness of responses. we did give our feedback to the management company and they assured us that they will work on that going forward. We also shared that it would have been lovely to have tea or coffee as a courtesy considering the price of the property and for the first morning after travelling from abroad. Overall the inside of the property was very clean, patios could have been swept. There were no pool towels, a leaky toilet and a broken ice machine (fridge). Overall, our family enjoyed our first visit to steamboat and the stay in this beautiful property. With a few adjustments, this could be an even better experience. Thanks.
