For a home that sleeps 14, the tiny bathrooms on the basement level were unacceptable. One bathroom had one sink and no water closet and yet, 10 people had to share that bathroom. Also, there is one refrigerator at this home, which meant we could only buy food for our 14-party group for two days and had to repeatedly go back to the grocery store. Surely the homeowner could spring for a second fridge. Also, the microwave and dryer worked intermittently. The hot tub had clearly not been cleaned, so we lost a day of use there while we waited for maintenance to address the disgusting smell from the dingy filters. The location and shuttle service were great. I just wish the home, with its paper-thin walls, had been built more solidly. No fun to be in the first floor below the kitchen and it sound like folks in slippers are wearing ski boots as they make breakfast. Overall, I love Steamboat, but this place fell short for the money.
