hotel was very clean and staff was great good location off the hwy but we had a room facing the hwy and it was noisy couldnt sleep very well but im a very light sleeper.the rooms were great and the pool was nice but a bit small if hwy noise effects your sleep request a room away from the hwy

The property was clean and well laid out. Breakfast was okay but could have had more non-dairy and gluten-free options. An incident occurred at the hotel where my husband was using the laundry facilities and it set the fire alarm off. When he went to retrieve the clothes, there was steam or smoke coming from the dryer and that set off the fire alarms in the hotel. It was around midnight so it was quite the ordeal where the fire department had to come and shut off the alarms, during which time the piercingly loud alarm woke up most of the hotel guests. The fire department said the dryer was broken and my husband was blamed by the front desk for overfilling the dryer and causing the issue. We have washed our clothes a few times at other hotels on this trip and never had a problem. She was reluctant to help my husband with anything after this which left us with a negative experience.

The staff is not responsive to the customer. I was over charged for my room and after making three phone calls to the hotel with no satisfaction to correcting for the overcharge for what I was quoted by Hotels.com I had to turn the matter over to my credit card company to get the matter resolved.

Went to use the microwave in the room and there was food in it, disgusting! Breakfast could have been a little different and not the same thing everyday. Also, no cranberry juice or oatmeal the entire time we were there.

New hotel so still very clean. My husband thought the breakfast spread looked good (we ate elsewhere.) Staff was very helpful when we left an item in the room after checkout. The phone number on the website is incorrect which was very frustrating when we tried to reach the desk after checkout; this needs to be attended to by management. Otherwise the stay was fine. We would return as the price is competitive for the area in the summer.

Omg this hotel is a nightmare! Something is seriously wrong with the way the hotel is managed. Nobody had their room ready. People waiting everywhere. The cleaning staff was not hustling at all. No one staying here was thrilled. Breakfast good. New hotel, nice rooms just absolutely poorly managed. The lady at the front desk really tried though.

Room was comfortable and clean. But no room housekeeping for 2 day stay. 4 floor hall carpet desperately needed vacuuming. Waited 5 minutes for evening front desk staff to come out of back office to check me in. Morning breakfast kitchen attendant super friendly and helpful.
