Chalet Unit #25 is part of the iconic Chalet on the Lake resort, just steps from Lake Michigan and surrounded by the natural beauty of the shoreline. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath chalet sleeps up to six guests and is available for year-round stays. Guests enjoy access to the resort’s fantastic amenities, including sandy beaches, three swimming pools, sports courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, scenic ponds, and more.
THE SPACE
Chalet #25 offers a warm and inviting main level designed for relaxing and spending time together. The living area features comfortable seating and a TV, with sliding glass doors that open to an expansive deck, perfect for enjoying fresh lake air and peaceful resort surroundings. A dining area provides space for shared meals or game nights, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking at home easy. A full first-floor bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements ideal for families or small groups. The deck offers a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the resort grounds.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed + Single Bunk bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed + Single Bunk bed
Two dedicated parking spaces are included for convenient arrivals and unloading. Please note that this home does not have a washer or dryer, though a nearby laundromat is available.
Chalet on the Lake is a private lakefront community with wide views of Lake Michigan and a long-standing, family-friendly atmosphere. Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.
Situated along the serene shoreline of Stevensville, the Resort also places you within moments of Southwest Michigan’s most treasured experiences. Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
