Something ain’t right !!

I have two separate reservations for two days in a row that indicate a libel bed/room. But I have been given a single bed (much smaller )in a single room. I don’t know if it’s hotels.com’s mess up or the hotel, but it got sent over to the hotel as the smaller room and smaller bed despite my booking being for a double bed. I know I have to deal with trying to get reimbursed for the difference's being given the wrong room and bed. The last thing anyone wants to deal with when exhausted from traveling.

For this price you can’t get better in Stockholm. Clean, nice rooms with big bathrooms.

Decent room which does the job. Friendly staff. Bed was too soft in my own opinion and the shower takes a while to drain, so don’t shower for long

Good value for money

Good hotel, easy walk to stockholmsmassan and good showers. Front desk staff all very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. Would be nice to have a bigger pillow / 2 pillows

The room was so tiny (tinier than the pictures showed). The bed was smaller than a normal single bed and there was no space for a desk.

For the price is a good hotel. There is no places to eat around. The hotel is based in the middle of industrial companies. 20 minutes walking for the train station and 5 minutes from bus station.

Arrived at the hotel after 500 km driving. Got the info at the desk that hotels.com /Expedia doublebooked 26 guests. Got a telefonnummer to Expedia support from the receptionist to solve this problem by ourselves. Spent 1 hour with customer service working from home in Fillipines... Got another hotel after a lot of checking from support. They should had called us and fix a new hotel for us in advance. Never gonna book with this company again.

The hotel once inside was fine, but the surroundings were awful, located on an industrial estate, no where nice to eat, there was a burger king several kilometres walk, when needs must!! The staff friendly and helpul enough, very clean room and breakfast was very good. I would not stay again, transport links were good but rather confusing. 3/10

It's cheap, that's what it is. 20 minutes walking distance to train station, or you can wait for bus to arrive to the train station. 2 stops away Stockholm Central station, so it's not going to spend a lot of time on transportation to get back to city centre.

Sängarna var sköna dock var kuddarna väldigt små. Vattenkoksre fanns men inget te/kaffe. Annars finns inget att klaga på dubbelrummet. Vi hade en enkel rum bokat oxå gästen där hittade spindel i sängen.
