För andra året i rad kom vi tillbaka på lördagkväll till ett ostädat rum, tycker även rummet är slitet och det saknades en fotölj vad vi förstår av bilderna. Korridoren känns tröttsam med elsladdar och reparation som pågår. Vi bodde i rum 624, juniorsvit.

Vi fick tyvärr ett rum där elementen inte fungerade vilket gjorde att det var jättekallt i rummet. Vi fick inte byta rum och inte heller inte avdrag på priset med hänvisning till att ett extraelement drivet på el. Ovärdigt ett i övrigt fint hotell.
