The recent stay at Hampton Inn and Suites was fantastic The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment of arrival. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Returning on the next trip is definite.

Stayed in the King Suite and it was excellent! Quiet, comfy and clean. The elevators did look a little shabby and like they needed a good vacuuming. Definitely, would stay again!

Paid for a suite through Expedia. Got a room 12X15. No chairs to sit in. No refrigerator! Shower needs to be replaced. Employees never greeted anyone……Very unprofessional and rude. Homeless people outside who often came inside to have breakfast, use the downstairs bathroom.Very unsafe parking lot and area around the Hotel. Only one elevator working. The maintenance person said it has been out for an extended period of time. No one seems to care. We will not ever return to the Hampton in and Suites.
