The room needed a lot of touch ups - missing edge on corner of wall, frayed carpet edge, nicks and marks all over front and back of doors. Breakfast was a joke. The first morning there was no milk for the cereal and the waffle maker was broken. The second morning none of the hot food was available, including the still broken waffle maker.

The pool and laundry were out of order for the entire 4 days that we were there. The floors were dirty. They had no milk on the last day for breakfast. They allow guests to fill their coolers with ice 24/7. Do not stay in room 128 due to the noise of the ice machine. Despite all this, the staff was very friendly.

Needs work

This is the second time I stay at this specific hotel. The first time I thought it was great, but this time around we got a room that needs the door handles fixed. Right off the bat we get to our room and the door doesn’t open so I go back down to the lobby and funny thing the desk clerk knew exactly what room and what my problem Was. Then my son got stuck in the bathroom, can’t get out. Come to find out that the bathroom Knob has the same issue. Then at the breakfast area, food ran out and I feel that if you know your hotel is close to fully booked then plan to have more food available for your guests. I heard from other family members that the desk clerk didn’t handle the complaints of the guests very well and let her rage take over. Very unprofessional.
