Lisa was the front desk attendant when we arrived and she gave suburb customer service. We had driven from Los Angeles to Lodi for my cousins celebration of life. My oldest son got car sick and we arrived earlier than check in time. He needed to take a cold shower and lay down. Lisa told us there was no rooms available even after I offered to upgrade at a cost. She advised me that my son could wash his face with cold water and we can sit in the lobby to help him feel better. We did so, 20min later she was able to check me in.
Lisa went above and beyond. My son was able to take a cold shower and rest s little before we met up with family and celebrated my cousins life gone too soon from cancer.
The hotel is lovely and staff are very nice. The gym, while really small, has great equipment. A bit noisy - reason for my rating - had to call at midnight after room adjacent had been loud for over 2 hours and you hear the semi trucks drive by. Was on second floor and could hear guest above :(
Very clean. Staff are very nice. You do have to pay for laundry itâs $6 to wash and dry. The breakfast is minimal, so donât expect too much. But definitely one of the better hotels Iâve stayed at with a great price.
The hotel appeared newer, so was still modern & clean. The room was VERY small but well organized and clean. The bathroom was more spacious & had essential product. Because our room was right off the elevator, it was a little noisy in the morning but not an issue.
There is no coffee maker or microwave in room, but there is a small refrigerator. Coffee was available in the lobby. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but at least it was provided!
This is my third time staying at this location. I like the conveniences of easy access to the freeway, Costco close by for getting gas for the road trip and close to downtown Lodi. The hotel situated in a quiet area and I also like the modern look of it with good amenities in the room.
