Front staff were great .. very helpful.. the main problem was limited food to eat and breakfast they ran out of eggs. We were not late into breakfast and felt they were not set up for a busy Saturday night as hotel was very busy. Great location for Stoke city football club. Otherwise the room was very quiet and very clean.

The car park management company fined me despite me paying for parking. I appealed but got no response. I contacted the hotel and asked for the manager to call me.. they did not. A member of staff said that they had cancelled the fine, and that they would email me… they did not. The fine… £60 is £100 if not paid in 14 days… in addition my leasing company fine me £75 as an admin fee to process the fine. This place is simply not worth the effort and hassle.
