The staff, Lauren especially, was amazing. She went above and beyond ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service offered by the entire team was excellent. Hello. We checked in, went to a birthday dinner, but then returned to the hotel and checked out.we did not unpack, stay, sleep there or shower. We left due to the noreaster storm worning, predicting flooding and bridge closures. Not the fault of the hotel, but left for our own safety. I am wondering if it's possible to get a credit for a future stay. Thank you
