There was a snafu as our intended room had frozen pipes but the staff was gracious and offered us an equal alternative. We were very happy in the room we were offered and it had a lovely view and was very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Close to the bus stop for skiing. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean, though daily housekeeping require more attention and frequent visits. During our 4 day stay, the housekeeper came to make beds only once. There was no trash pick up, vacuum or towel change.

We were told before we arrived that our fireplace didn't work. What we didn't realize was that meant there would be no heat n the bathroom, and it was -1%. There also seemed to be no way to turn on the shower without the water spraying right at the shower door, which made it difficult to warm up the water before getting wet. We also would have appreciated a mirror outside the bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised by our lodging. Our 2 bedroom (family of 5) was well appointed, clean and cozy. We loved returning to the Grey Fox Inn after a long day of skiing and took full advantage of the pool, sauna, and hot tube every night. Highly recommend.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located to all the restaurants, shops, and other activities we had planned for our stay in Vermont. The room we stayed it had the beds separated by the bathroom, so it was like my mom and I had our own rooms. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Staff was great. Room was clean and had everything expected. Only issue we had was the room seems to be temperature regulated as we could not get it cold enough for our personal sleeping enjoyment. Otherwise, this place was great and highly recommend.
