Welcome to Resort Villa Sophia, our oceanfront beach condo with two bedrooms/two full baths in Stuart, FL. On Hutchinson Island, we offer guests:
-Oceanfront primary bedroom with king size euro top mattress, poster bed, ensuite bath, smart tv, ocean views.
-Brand new ensuite bathroom! walk-in shower with custom Italian tile, new vanity with quartz counter and high-end finishes.
-Fully updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kitchen essentials. Even the kitchen sink has ocean views!
-Direct beach access via two private boardwalks. Beach chairs, boogie board, beverage cooler, and sand toys included for guest use.
-Dedicated workspace with desk and ergonomic office chair to work remote.
-Keyless entry with door code for easy self check in. No keys to pick up.
-Smart home with 3 smart tvs, smart thermostat, smart lock, free high-speed wireless internet, and cable.
-Heated pool with lounge chairs, gas grills, outdoor shower and pool bath.
-Free parking with private lot. Elevator. Our beach is quieter, as the public is not allowed to use our private parking lot and boardwalk.
-Large double balcony with outdoor dining for four, plus lounger to sunbathe, read, relax or enjoy the sunrise.
-Guest bedroom with twin beds and memory-foam mattress toppers, plus smart TV. For added privacy, a pocket door encloses the guest bedroom and bath.
-Open living/dining floor plan with extra large sliders to the balcony. Comfortable seating, lazy-boy recliner and dining area for meals at home.
-Groceries at Publix Supermarket minutes away. Gas station nearby.
-Sunny southeast exposure for morning sun, afternoon shade and endless sunrises over the Atlantic.
-Located on second floor (the third level), above ground floor entry and first floor condos.

About Our Community

Resort Villa Sophia is located at the Indian River Plantation, a resort community between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River in Stuart, Florida. The friendly town of Stuart is 10 minutes away. Stuart was named “America’s Happiest Seaside Town” by Coastal Living. It has a charming Old Florida feel with historic downtown, riverwalk, shops and many restaurants.

West Palm Beach Airport is a 45-minute drive. Fort Lauderdale and Orlando airports are 1.5-2 hours away.

A true gem!

Easter Getaway

Came in for 4 nights. Have been to the area before and even stayed in the same complex. The location to the beach couldnt be any closer. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand away and all of the beach equipment was provided. Mornings are perfect for walking and overall you are close to groceries and a variety of really good places to eat, especially Ital Bowls!

Family vacation

The condo and owner are amazing. Lots of communication with owner and condo was clean and spacious. The balcony is absolutely wonderful!! So roomy and great view. I loved that it had a door off both the bedroom and living room. The location isn’t really kid friendly. My daughters 7 and there was no one close to her age at the pool or the beach area. I felt bad everytime we went to the pool because it seemed to annoy the older couples there.

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a large balcony so we could have coffee and enjoy our ocean view.We would highly recommend this condo!

Paradise from the moment you step foot into this beautiful condo with gorgeous ocean views and out onto the double balcony. Morning sunrises, beach breakfasts at Seaside Cafe, and days spent playing in the waves will make great memories. The close proximity to numerous parks, museums, great restaurants, and even a grocery is absolutely wonderful. You won't forget staying here!

Beautiful sunrise

This is one of the cleanest lodgings we have ever stayed in. In addition it is also the most well stocked lodgings ever, especially for a beachside unit. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler...had it all. We cook and it had all necessary pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also basic spices, coffee filters and coffee! A great place to stay...did I mention it is about 200' from the beach?

Fun in the Surf and Sun

We really enjoyed our stay at Susan's lovely condo. It has such a warm homey feel, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The condo has everything you need to have a restful and fun week at the beach. Susan was great about checking in to be sure we had what we needed too. We have stayed before and hope to be lucky enough to stay there again soon.

CLEAN, Amazing, and Family Friendly! 20/10 rating!

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Villa Sophia is the cleanest condo we ever stayed at in our 20 plus years of vacationing. Villa Sophia has everything you need for a beach vacation- chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even coolers! This was our first time in the Stuart area and we plan to be back soon. The washer/dryer are right across the hall from this unit. The entire property is very clean and well taken care of. Beautiful, quiet view from the large balcony. The owner, Susan, is quick with responding and very welcoming. Very happy with our stay and we had a fabulous vacation! Thank you for sharing your unit with us.

Amazing, beautiful condo!!

This was our 10th visit to Hutchinson Island, and our second time in this condo. It is a wonderful place, and has now moved to the top of our “must stay” locations. The host maintains excellent communication, the condo has everything you need, and it is extremely clean. The balcony views are stunning and the water pressure in the shower is a huge plus. We will be back. This place is AMAZING!!!

Great Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sophia. The condo was just as advertised in the photos. It was clean, up to date, and the view was amazing. The Condo building itself is very nice as well. It felt very private and we enjoyed using the pool. The area offered many dining options up and down the beach and downtown Stuart has plenty of dining options and shops as well. Susan made herself very available, but we never needed to bother her with any issue. We will be back!

Perfect Girls’ Trip
