The room was great , perfect temperature, very quiet, pool was excellent. Bar was a bonus,bartenders were perfect with conversation and suggestions, great personality and welcoming. Front desk upon checking in was effortless and very welcoming for our first stay. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but that’s objective. Could use stiffer pillows but still comfortable

I've taken my child here at least once a year since 2020, and we have always been extremely satisfied. This time, not so much. The heat in our room didn't seem to work. We were also placed in a room that isnt in the normal hallways: it was kind of right at the top of the stairs, so everything echoed and was extremely loud hearing every person. Shower had no water pressure and basically just dribbled out. Found a ball and a sock under our bed, so it clearly wasn't cleaned well. Went to the pool twice, both times there were no towels available. It was an all around unpleasant stay.

The room was lovely and the amenities were great. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious. My first evening there I enjoyed having a drink at the hotel bar. It was also nice that there were so many lounges and seated areas around the hotel. The only problem I had was on our last night, the children that were running around the hotel until late in the night making a lot of noise and leaving trash all over the hotel. I felt bad for the hotel staff for how disrespectful these families were. Some kids were even trying to open our door or knocking on it then running away and giggling like they were playing ding dong ditch.
