Simple mais pratique

Hotel équivalent à du 3*, très pratique avec le tram juste devant l'hôtel pour se rendre dans le vieux centre en 20min et la gare centrale sans correspondance, face à l'hôtel, il y a un centre thermal en face où l'on peut rester toute une journée ( jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, aquagym, piscine avec jet massant, courant flottant, en 16°c et 36°c. La chambre familiale est très grande avec grande SDB et baignoire, climatisée, mais le matelas s'enfonce et il y a un bruit de fond , peut être l'aération ou autre pendant toute la nuit, la TV est 100% en allemand sans Chromecast, aussi seulement un gel douche qui fait du mal aux cheveux, il ne faut pas oublier d'apporter ses propres produits, car il n'y a pas de magasins autour, il faut 2 stations de tram pour trouver un DM. PDJ très bien , mieux que certains 4* en France.

Dårligt oplevelse

Dårlig service, vi havde booket ophold med morgenmad, hvilket også er bekræftet skiftligt, men da vi ankom ville de slet ikke høre på det og krævede at vi skulle betale for morgenmad. Så vi fik ikke morgenmad der. Gæstesengen knirkede meget og var ikke komfortabel. Meget støj fra letbanen. Værelset var rent, fint badeværelse. Uhøflig reception. Anbefales ikke.

Angenehm sauberes Hotel mit sehr geräumigen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück, das auch draußen auf 2 Terrassen möglich ist. Die Umgebung mit dem schönen Kurpark, dem Neckar und die nahe liegende Stadtbahnhaltestelle sind auch positiv zu erwähnen.
