The cabin was excellent! We enjoyed walking our dog along the road up the hill. Even took my 4x4 truck with the kids up to the more remote areas of the road. It was peaceful sitting out by the fire pit every night as my kids were playing in the natural beauty of the property. I gave the accuracy of the online list a 4/5 stars because it advertised they there is a trail that leads directly to a waterfall about a mile away. Had a picture of a sign too, but alas, with all the exploring around the property by the kids and me, we could not find the trail or the sign. The young lady who came to check on the flooded dishwasher was unaware of the trail. The trail was the main reason behind booking this property. Regardless, of that little mix up, I will be coming back again. The management was quick to come and resolve the low water pressure in the kitchen, unfortunately and the flooded dishwasher could not be quickly repaired. Location was central to the hiking and dirt road trails we wanted to explore. There are 2 places close by to eat and get some supplies. Iâd suggest getting BBQ at Wildcats going north on HWY 60, and a revolving menu at Coopers Creek Store. I highly recommend the cabin for you and your family. Make sure you say hello to the cows as you head toward HWY 60.
