Bed are confortable, the pool is really nice, its clean, only thing its just warm qater in the shower, not hot but its the only negative point and somebody do fireworks around midnight🙃

Todo muy limpio y el personal del hotel muy amable. Pedimos un cuarto con un cama y nos dieron 3 camas. Lo recomiendo

El hotel y habitación bien en relación con el precio. Habitación limpia y el hotel agradable. Las cosas que no me agradaron no fueron tanto del lugar sino del sevicio. En hoteles.com el precio tenia un 20% de descuento por lo que estaba más barato que alquilando directamente en el hotel. Cuando llegue me dijero que aparecia mi reserva pero para un solo huesped cuando en realidad yo alquile para 4 personas , afortunadamente en mi confirmacion de reseva tenía el soporte y no me cobraron nada más. Pero fue una incomodidad por que toallas solo dos e insisian que era por que ellos tenían solo registado que pagamos para un huésped, ya después de insistir nos prestaron 2 toallas extras. Tienen toallas para picina pero te prestan una con identificación si vas con niños pues si no traes identificación de ellos no te prestan otra toalla. Igual ya después de insistsir logramos una toalla más. Al final para la entrega de la habitación van revisan todo hasta alli todo bien, pero demoraron alrededor de 10 a 15 minutos. Cometimos el error de ya tener el taxi y tuvo que esperar todo ese tiempo para que tomen en cuenta que el check out es demorado.
