Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.

We had one of the easiest booking, check-in and check-out experiences ever. Front desk employee made our kids feel so special on their birthdays and was extremely personable. Everything we requested before check-in was in the room and it took all the stress out of traveling with little kids. Clean, quiet and great breakfast!

Very pleasant quit hotel

This was a very quiet clean hotel and comfortable. There was a few hairs in the shower they I cleaned out but other than that , it was clean and nest and comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating and breakfast was kept stocked and was decent. Coffee was very tasty

First room had a broken bathroom door that wouldn’t close, the receptionist said that most people just deal with it. Once we asked her for another room she did give us one. There was a 50th class reunion going on and I believe it was supposed to be in the banquet room but over 50 people were hanging around the lobby and drinking. This made getting into the lobby and to the elevator almost impossible. I had to try and explain to our 5 year old grandson why people kept bumping into him. We usually like to unwind in the lobby and drink some coffee but that wasn’t happening. This went on until after 11pm.

Noise complaint

The stay was good other than the fact that other customers had no respect for other people staying there. We stayed on 4th floor and had to listen to people talking loudly in the hall and letting children run and scream down the hall til 1:30am before someone said something to them about going to their rooms and being quiet and respectful of others.
